Mark Hare, the owner of uStore-it, saw a gap in the market for self-contained storage units on the Costa del Sol and decided to open his first of 3 storage companies in 2015.
Mark, who owns residential properties on the Costa del Sol and invests in commercial property in Spain and the UK says: "We understand storage requirements after years of working in commercial property. It is our aim to offer flexible and accessible storage solutions to everyone on the Costa del Sol. Few companies in southern Spain offer secure units at affordable prices. Our fully alarmed facilities with 24-hour CCTV will give our customers peace of mind."
Mark was responsible for the introduction of "Cash Creators" into the UK and eventually floated the business on the London Stock Exchange after achieving a total of over 150 outlets.

Having come from a successful business background in both South Africa and the UK, Viv placed investment into the uStore-it Franchise in Spain. Seeing potential in the Campo De Gibraltar area, the Poligono El Azabal store in La Linea opened in 2017. It has since grown to almost full capacity within a year.
With a strong business background from both South Africa and the UK, Viv has been a welcome addition to the company. Having successfully launched a uStore-it Franchise at La Linea in 2017, Viv has since gone on to expand with the addition of our Palmones storage facility.
