After 30 successful years in the business Elsie retired in 2012. Kim's husband Rande joined Kim that same year after 25 years in the foodservice distribution industry. Valhalla is currently a three-generation family owned and operated restaurant. Every Valhalla staff member takes pride in being an important part of the family business.
