Karen Smith has 20-plus years of experience in proofing, copyediting/writing, book manuscript ghostwriting, and marketing experience. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education English from Miami University and an MBA from Wright State University. She also served for 10 years as a corporate training developer and manager for a Fortune 100 company and earned her Project Management Professional certification during her total 16-year company tenure. Currently she leads the communications and marketing function for a mega-church/non-profit.

Taylor Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English with a writing concentration from Wright State University and has completed extensive coursework in writing and professional communication skills. Initially as a freelancer, Taylor provided proofing, copyeditng, and copywriting services for multiple non-profit and business clients. He is the author of serialized web-based fiction that annually averages 3200 visitors globally and of a collection of short stories, published March 2014.
