Amy Jones joined Tellon in 2017 as Head of Planning and is an integral part of the team working across the portfolio. From a background in planning consultancy Amy's role at Tellon has evolved from leading on planning aspects of various projects and now encompasses feasibility and scheme development, team identification and appointment and development management on sites that are leading into and under construction.
Amy oversees planning and development compliance across the portfolio and advises on site acquisitions with development or refurbishment opportunities. Amy has been responsible for securing 12 major planning permissions with numerous additional smaller applications, scheme amendments and conditions, achieving successful outcomes for all sites.
Amy has an Undergraduate and a Masters degree from Cardiff University and qualified as MRTPI in 2011.
Prior to Tellon Ben had been the CEO and founder of HLO Capital, a London based real estate investment firm (family office), since 2010.
Before founding HLO Ben served as the CEO of Harel Insurance and Financial Services. Harel is Israel's largest Insurance group with revenue of £4 Billion and Assets under Management in excess of £40 Billion. Ben has also served as a director in the group between 2006-2010 and as the Chairman of Harel Asset Management between 2006-2010. Since January 2017 Ben serves as a non executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Harel.
Ben is a CPA, he holds a B.S. in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University. He also received an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York.
Evan joined Tellon Capital in August 2019 and is a Senior Asset Manager, dividing his time between active asset management of the existing portfolio and sourcing suitable investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Tellon Capital, Evan was an investment surveyor at Cushman & Wakefield, specialising in London's West End and working on transactions equating to circa £750m. Before this, Evan also held roles in Cushman & Wakefield's valuation department and at Workman LLP in property asset management, working on office, retail, industrial and mixed-use assets across the UK.
Evan graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Evan has a broad range of skills and knowledge in property, supported by a strong network of contacts. In his spare time, Evan can be found watching or playing various sports.
During the credit crisis he was involved in the creation of a substantial asset management business dealing with distressed assets on behalf of a variety of financial institutions before becoming CEO of Arrowcroft when the company purchased Faircroft in 2013. James left Arrowcroft in 2014, to create a multi-family real estate investment business.
James sits on the Regional Policy Committee of the British Property Federation and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Lachlan joined Tellon Capital in August 2021 as an Asset Manager and spends his time dealing with the active asset management of the existing portfolio.
Prior to joining Tellon Capital, Lachlan worked at Workman LLP in the property asset management team, working on office, retail, industrial and mixed-use assets predominately within the M25 and South East. Other previous roles include working in the property team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management where he was working on landlord and tenant, property management and service charge consulting for a number of national occupiers and also in the Haines Watts property team.
Lachlan graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
In his spare time, Lachlan can be found watching sports or going for a run.
