Intensive classroom instructor led training courses for duration of 6 weekends, covering the fundamentals and intermediate project planning and project management using Oracle Primavera P6 Professional Project Management software. Participants will gain practical experience and skills working on live projects and case studies . Course tutor is certified experienced trainers with over 10 years commercial and industry experience. At the end of the training participants will have gained the skills, knowledge and confidence required to competently plan and manage complex projects as project planner, planning engineer, project control practitioner and project manager.
