CLEARWATER DENTAL CLINIC - Key Persons
Dr. Ken Der graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Alberta in 1974. He has been providing general dental care for families of North Edmonton for over 27 years. Outside the office, he usually spends time with the newest member of the family, granddaughter Kiera. On some occasions, he will be at the golf course, at a football or hockey game. He also enjoys wood-working, running and travelling.
Dr. Nathan Der was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Alberta. He later attended New York University of College of Dentistry to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. In Dr. Nathan's free time, he enjoys golfing, working out, following the NFL, and dreaming of the day the Oilers return to the playoffs.
Dr. Viet Tran received an Honours Bachelor of Science degree at Ottawa University. He then received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Saskatchewan. His main focus has been doing orthodontics which he has been doing for 14 years, and he is continually educating himself on the most current treatments and materials out there. Dr Tran works out of Fort McMurray and Edmonton so his patients can see him at either location. Some of his interests are salsa dancing, luxury cars and he and his family love to travel during their holidays.
