My name is Aerin Langlois and I am the Business Intelligence Engineer for Gather Vacations. I have over 7 years of experience in business and marketing and was previously a freelance front-end developer for businesses establishing e-commerce sites. I transitioned into data analytics naturally as I worked with numerous clients who wanted to know how to make more data-driven decisions to improve their business. When I'm not running numbers and making reports, I enjoy time outdoors and working on project vehicles. I also have three children who keep me busy with sports and extracurricular activities. I am excited to see Elite Pacific Vacations grow and maximize its potential using data.
Hello all! My name is Alayna Alvares. I live in cold and snowy Wisconsin with my fiancé Alex and our Pitbull Toby. Before joining the Gather Vacations team, I was an insurance agent/agency support Sr. with a large carrier in the industry. Outside work, I foster some restricted breeds from the local animal rescue society while they are on their journey to finding fur-ever homes. While we love staying home with the pups and being total homebodies at times, we also like to travel and try to get out to as many new places as possible. I am very excited to be a part of the Gather team and look forward to growing with the company!

Ashley was born and raised on the North Shore of Oahu. Ashley has been in the property management industry for 17 years. After a few years of working in many departments she found that Concierge Services is where her heart is. Ashley is passionate about connecting with her clients and sharing her knowledge about our Hawaiian Islands. Ashley provides a seamless concierge experience to her clients so that may create memories that will last a lifetime. When Ashley is not working, you can usually find her outdoors at the parks watching her 3 boys playing sports or at the sandbar relaxing. She enjoys traveling with her family and exploring new destinations.

Meet Chelsea, a hospitality industry expert with a passion for providing exceptional service and helping others. Born and raised in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, Chelsea moved to the beautiful Garden Island of Kauai 16 years ago, where she has since made a name for herself in the industry.
With over a decade of experience, Chelsea has honed her skills in communication, problem-solving, and customer service. Her dedication to providing top-notch service has earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor to homeowners and realtors alike.
When she's not working, Chelsea is a busy mom to a very active 7-year-old boy. You can find them exploring the island, from hiking and enjoying the beach to attending soccer games and jujitsu classes.

Chris Betancourt comes to Elite with over 15 years of experience in accounting-five of which were spent in the vacation rental space, where he managed both finance and field operations.
A New York native who currently resides in San Diego, Chris makes it his mission to utilize his skills and experience to solve problems, improve workflow management and align structure within the various departments of a company.
In addition to playing in competitive baseball and basketball leagues, Chris is an outdoor enthusiast who loves the sight and smell of a great campfire. He also follows a strict vegan diet and loves spending time near the ocean. Chris holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Western Connecticut State University.

Eight years ago, Debi was recruited by Vacasa a VR property management company as the first Head of Marketing, at the start of their fast growth period Debi was part of their significant expansion from 1500 to over 15,000 units during that time period. Debi takes pride in organization, agile process, servant leadership, and celebrating wins. In Debi's time off, she loves to go camping and exploring new areas with her two rescue pups and husband.

Dewayne Buratti started in the short-term rental management industry in the fall of 2019 when he signed on as an onboarding manager for a small start-up based in Austin, TX. As the first full-time employee, his responsibilities grew to include revenue management and leading weekly revenue management meetings with the owner and the Director of Operations. In May of 2022, he became a full-time revenue manager for a larger STR company based in Pennsylvania that managed over 150 properties. He signed an offer letter for Gather Vacations in December of 2022.
Dewayne is a former Gulf War veteran who earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas State University at San Marcos and a Master of Business Administration in Executive Leadership from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Debbie, cycling, playing games, and cooking; he also loves to work on crossword puzzles, play trivia, play video games, and travel.

With deep Hawaii roots, Ikaika brings a strong spirit from within that is hard ignore. Born and raised on Oahu, he has been working in service to residents and visitors alike since 2006. Whether in the local restaurant chain where he started, the classroom where he worked with children who have special needs, or the luxury condo resort where he worked in sales and events, it is his passion for people that continues to shine through. Coming from a large family, Ikaika was taught that relationships, patience, compassion, and understanding mean everything and he carries that into every aspect of his life, helping to build lifelong bonds and trust with everyone that he encounters.
Ikaika lives by the motto "show up and show well, or don't show up at all", always putting his best foot forward. His authentic personality and strong work ethic earned him the Associate of the Month in December 2017 and 2018, the busiest month of the year at the luxury resort property he previously worked. It was there that Ikaika fine tuned his skills and genuine approach to helping others that earned him a reputation for someone his clients and colleagues speak very highly of. Hawaii, he believes, is one of the most special places in the world, and it has been his absolute privilege to help his clients to experience all of the magic and aloha that it has to offer.

Kerrie was born and raised in Eastern North Carolina, living just minutes from Emerald Isle she found her love of the beach and the outdoors. She has 20 years' experience in the vacation rental industry - six of which she managed the vacation rental and long-term accounting operations.
When she is not working, Kerrie enjoys spending time with her two children, husband and family and often finds enjoyment in swimming, fishing and boating.
