Bradley J. Waugh - CEO

Brad Waugh is the CEO of Life Wear Technologies, the producer of the CryoMAX product which is the leading cold therapy system, utilizing the patented "Points of Cold" technology which allows it to last eight hours after freezing. CryoMAX is manufactured in the USA and is available in over 30,000 retail stores. Waugh has over 30 years of experience in building and leading entrepreneurial ventures like Tunstall Inc., where he was President & CEO, prior to joining MTT. Tunstall was the largest tele healthcare company in the world, with sales of $400 million. Mr. Waugh was also the President and CEO of NaviNet, a leader in unified patient information management (UPIM). He successfully sold this organization in 2011. Prior to NaviNet, he was the U.S. President and CEO of Wincor-Nixdorf, a $2.6 billion firm that is focused on the ATM and POS marketplace. Prior to Wincor-Nixdorf, in 1998 Waugh successfully sold his first company, c.w. Costello & Associates, Inc. (a Y2K solutions firm) to Covansys (now CSC). In 2000, Waugh founded Watch Hill Partners, Inc., a company focused on CRM optimization and mobility of Fortune 1000 companies. Watch Hill Partners was sold to MasterCard International in May 2004, as part of a new consulting unit, MasterCard Advisors. Waugh was awarded the 2004 Technology Award for Entrepreneurship from the Entrepreneurship Forum of New England. He has also served on the boards of the RI Convention Center Authority, the Narragansett Bay Commission, ArcStream Solutions (sold to Keane), Antenna Software (sold to PEGA Systems), and Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island. At Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Waugh served a short time as the acting CIO. Waugh is the founder and past President of the RI Technology Council and a past board member of Boston University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree from the School of Management.

Colin Hall

Prior to joining Life Wear Technologies, Colin spent six years with Daymon Worldwide, the leading global private brand marketing company, at key accounts including BI-LO, HEB and Meijer Supercenters. Colin held a variety of roles in this time from which he launched and managed a variety of consumer brands. He then received his MBA at the Center for Brand and Product Management at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which he paralleled as a member of the Brand Management team at Kraft Foods Group. Colin received his BA in Marketing at Michigan State University.

David Bass - CMO

David's primary responsibilities include product development, marketing strategy and brand development. He joined Life Wear Technologies in 1998 after an expansive career in advertising with firms such as Earle Palmer Brown, Group 3hree Advertising and Asch & Partners. David also serviced national and local accounts in media purchasing, TV and radio ad production, direct marketing, commercial printing and packaging design. Amongst his breadth of experience, he has over 26 years in marketing and advertising consumer products. David received his BBA in Marketing from the University of Miami.

Gil Harmon

Prior to joining Life Wear Technologies, Gil served in the US Army, having risen in the ranks from Private to Captain. He then spent 14 years with Daymon Worldwide, the leading global private brand marketing company, at accounts including BI-LO, Topco, and Aeon (Japan). Gil has a strong comprehension of category management, analytics, and product development which he has successfully leveraged to grow Private Label programs with his customers. He received his MBA from Clemson University and his Bachelors from The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina.

Richard D'Amore

Richard D'Amore has served as a member of our board of directors since September 2014. Mr. D'Amore has been a General Partner of North Bridge Venture Partners, an early-stage venture capital and growth equity firm, since its inception in 1994. From 1982 until starting North Bridge, Mr. D'Amore served in various roles at Hambro International Equity Partners. Previously, Mr. D'Amore worked as a consultant at Bain and Company and as a certified public accountant with Arthur Young and Company. Mr. D'Amore has served as a member of the board of directors of Veeco Instruments, Inc., a developer, and manufacturer of electronics equipment, since 1990. From 1997 to 2010, Mr. D'Amore served as a member of the board of directors of Phase Forward Incorporated, a provider of software solutions for clinical trial and drug safety monitoring that was acquired by Oracle Corporation.. Mr. D'Amore holds a B.S. in business from Northeastern University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Mr. D'Amore's broad entrepreneurial experience and his extensive service in consumer related companies brings a great deal of knowledge, experience, and vision to the company.

Robert Hubert

Hubert, who lives in Harvard, Mass., has worked extensively to bring business management concepts to the problems of manufacturing growth. He received his degree at Manhattan College in New York City with studies in management, finance and engineering.

Todd Kwait

Todd Kwait has a distinguished record of success as a business executive, a lawyer, a documentary filmmaker and a record producer. A dynamic and creative leader, Todd personifies the business manager with an entrepreneurial spirit that is the hallmark of today's global executive. Todd began his career as a lawyer in Cleveland, Ohio after graduating from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1984, and then transitioned to the corporate world in a move that resulted in the retail consulting firm, Kwait & Associates. Todd executed the launch of three extremely successful branded products, which today, are household names. Those products are Purell, the waterless hand sanitizer, the Spin Brush, an extremely popular battery operated power toothbrush, and Carbolite, a very successful line of low carb candy bars. Todd demonstrated his leadership and business savvy, ultimately transforming private label, or store brands, in the chain drug industry. In 1998, Todd repositioned himself in the corporate world by investing in the private label manufacturing enterprise, Product Quest Manufacturing, Inc. Todd's managerial expertise and visionary leadership led to the company expanding their product offerings, increased their relationships with mass merchants to include Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, Dollar General, Family Dollar and, penetrated the upscale market with Sephora and Ulta Cosmetics. Particularly notable, Todd opened international channels with Product Quest. He played a key role in the Lumene skin care line, out of Finland, becoming available at CVS. Todd's significant leadership role in setting the company's global strategic direction has resulted in Product Quest becoming a manufacturer for many European beauty companies. Throughout his tenure in the chain drug industry, Todd has been very active in the trade association, the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS). It is a critical lobbying group on behalf of the chain drug store industry. Todd sat on the Retail Advisory Board (RAB), where he resurrected the board's function and relevance thereby enhancing the strength of the entire trade association. Todd's success on the board is unparalleled as he motivated fellow board members, redirected the board's mission to reflect current industry trends and consolidations. Todd credits his success to his grasp of the nuances of the board, his understanding of the relationships and roles of fellow board members and, ultimately, of their ability to effect change. Between 2008 and 2010, Todd served as the Chairman of the Retail Advisory Board. The board is made up of Fortune 500 companies such as Proctor & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, etc. Todd's distinguished position on the board was atypical for a small company.
