The food at Mint Contemporary Indian Cuisine is the kind that many of us at the restaurant grew up enjoying. Much of it is drawn from the Punjabi region in the north of India: The clay-oven-cooked meats and vegetables from our tandoor, the exotic seasonings in our masala and vindaloo dishes, the fragrant soups and biryanis. Everything, right down to the chai and kulfi that may finish your meal are served with the same care and attention as a home-cooked meal.
