Southern Diesel & Auto was established in 2014, right in the heart of Macclenny, FL. Jimmy Peele (owner), opened shop after learning all the tools of the trade in school and working at Autonation Ford. Jimmy graduated from Frank H. Peterson in 2008, top of his class. There he studied automotive and diesel repair, where he was awarded national champion in the Skills USA competition. At AutoNation Ford he was a certified master technician in the truck shop for over 8 years, hired while still in high school. After years of establishing a customer base, and learning all he was able; Jimmy with the help of his wife, Amber, and daughter, Addyson, decided it was time for a change and took on this venture together.
