Adrian Muscat is a System Administrator at Systech Ltd Gibraltar, a role he has held since 2022. He brings over a decade of experience in IT to his position, having progressed through the company from a Support Technician (2015-2018) to Senior Support Technician (2019-2021) before assuming his current role. Adrian specializes in PowerShell automation, device management, and cloud technologies, with three years dedicated to these areas, and his expertise includes managing hybrid environments, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365. He holds a BA (Hons) in Multimedia Design from De Montfort University and also holds the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and the Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate certifications.
Albert was educated at Bayside School and holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Sheffield. He also earned a Diploma in Business Management from Durham University Business School and is ITIL Foundation certified. Since joining Systech in 1997, he has enjoyed a varied and evolving career within both Systech and the wider Bassadone Automotive Group, where he currently serves as IT Director. Outside of work, Albert contributes as Treasurer of the charity Research into Childhood Cancer (RICC).

Alvaro was educated in Spain, and obtained a BSc in Mathematics with a specialization in Operational Research at Granada University. He was employed as a Web and Software Developer in a couple of Spanish companies before moving to work with Systech. He possesses extensive knowledge of Microsoft Access, SQL Server, ASP and PHP web pages.

Alvaro Jorge studied Computer Science at the University of Granada and the University of Derby. He joined the company in 2018 and has experience working across both frontend and backend development. As a Senior Software Developer, he plays a key role in designing and implementing robust software solutions and brings a focused, practical approach to application development and team collaboration.

Antonio was educated in Spain, where he acquired the Windows 2000 MCSE certification. He had been working in the IT department of a couple of multinational companies in Spain, before he moved to work with Systech in November 2002. Since then he has also achieved the Windows 2003 MCSE certification, the Windows Server 2008R2 MCSA, Windows Server 2012R2 and Exchange 2013 certification. He is also ITIL v.3 certified. He manages our internal network, and also coordinates the operations of our Support/Systems Administration teams.

Chris is a very experienced IT Developer gaining most of his knowledge whilst working in the gaming industry mainly for Stan James which was for over 10 years. All of Chris' education was back in Ireland.

Daniella was educated in Westside Comprehensive School and decided to further her studies and achieved a degree in IT Management for Business, at Northumbria University graduating in 2016. Daniella now has over three years experience in IT Support, having also been with us during her university placement year. Daniella is one of the in-house support technicians and is responsible for providing helpdesk support and troubleshooting.

Danny was educated at Bayside School and Gibraltar Technical College. With over 20 years of experience in the Telecoms industry, he has undergone extensive training in both Gibraltar and the UK. Throughout his career, Danny has held key roles within the IT and Internet departments, and has also contributed significantly to the Mobile Core and Packet networks. He joined Systech in May 2013 as a Support Technician and has since advanced to the position of Infrastructure Manager. Danny has been a dedicated member of the Systech team for 12 years.

Danny was educated at Bayside School and was awarded a Commonwealth Scholarship to read for an MSc in Management Science with Computing at The University of Kent at Canterbury. He also holds a B.A. (Hons) in Business Information Technology from Coventry University and is a Member of the Chartered Management Institute. He joined the Bassadone Automotive Group (BAG) in 1996 and since then has gained extensive knowledge in leading software development tools. This includes the .Net Framework and Microsoft Transact-SQL. He manages all software development projects from inception to execution and leads a team of highly skilled developers.

He possesses an MCP in Microsoft Server technologies and obtained certification in SQL server technologies. He has wide and varied experience in Systems Administration and support.

Fergal was educated in Ireland and obtained a M. Eng in Computer Engineering from the University of Limerick in the area of Operating systems for Parallel Computing. Fergal has over twenty years of Systems Development experience In Financial, Telecoms and Gaming industries and describes himself as an Agile Enthusiast and Technologist.

Joanna was educated at High School of Management and Finance in Econometrics and Computing in Wroclaw, Poland. She has over ten years of experience as a Web Application Developer and Graphic Designer. Since over a year forms part of the Systech Developers team, busy with .NET and SQL server applications.

Joelle completed her education at Westside School and earned her A-Levels in Spanish and ICT from the Gibraltar College of Further Education. She joined the company in 2004 and has since become one of our in-house technicians. Joelle is responsible for the group's sales and purchasing, and she serves as one of the primary points of contact for customers.

Johan Vinent is a Systems Technician at Bassadone Automotive Group in Gibraltar (since February 2025), with over 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support and technical services. He previously worked at Bland Group, where he managed support operations and led a team to optimize help desk workflows Johan holds industry-recognized certifications including 3CX and Cisco which complement his strong troubleshooting skills and proactive approach to IT service management. Known for his reliability, adaptability, and team-oriented mindset. Outside of work, he values ongoing professional growth and is passionate about staying current with emerging IT technologies.

Tim is one of the Senior Software Developers in Systech. He is a graduate from the University of Sheffield with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science (BSc), which then became a Master's Degree in Computer Science (MComp), completing his higher education with a First Class degree with honours. After graduation he joined Easy Payment Gateway as a software developer, shortly after he accepted a role with Gibtelecom as a System Engineer, till finally he joined Systech and has not looked back.

Álvaro Martín is a dedicated and versatile IT professional with a strong foundation in system administration, technical support, and network management.
