Abigail is our Primary Branch Manager in Brighton, where her team covers all areas across Sussex and Surrey, within Primary and SEN Schools. Abigail has worked in education recruitment since 2017, with further experience working with SEN children in and out of a school environment. Supporting both schools and candidates to help fulfil recruitment needs is extremely rewarding and something Abigail takes great pride in. Every child deserves the opportunity to access outstanding education, Abigail and her team are dedicated to making sure they provide a high quality and friendly service to schools and candidates, to ensure we find the best recruitment solutions possible.

Charlee Kilbey

Charlee has always had a passion for education and has spent most of her working life within education in some capacity, from running educational drama workshops in schools, managing online CPD for school leaders and most recently helping schools with their recruitment needs. By making sure she understands the schools' individual needs, she will be able to match the perfect candidate and overall improve the outcomes for pupils in their care.

Charlee is the East London & Essex Branch Manager, based in Havering, and will be supporting schools and candidates within Havering and the surrounding areas. Charlee prides herself on building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. Charlee is based on the border of both East London & Essex, meaning she can be on hand whenever needed and has great knowledge of the area.

Charmian Burgess

Following a lengthy career in advertising , Charmian has worked in various capacities with schools for several years. After joining the company in 2014, Charmian has been Branch Manager for Supply Desk in Wales for the last 3 years. With her hobby as a competing Archer, Charmian has found this is a sport attracting many teachers offering an insight into their ‘off duty ‘ personalities. Charmian's policy of an honest approach to both schools and candidates has proved successful in building a strong working relationship with both. She enjoys the challenge of taking the time to genuinely understand specific needs and create successful pairings. As Branch Manager, she looks forward to expanding across the region and places a specific emphasis on working with their Welsh medium schools. Charmian is always keen to hear directly from any teachers/lecturers and support staff looking for opportunities.

Katharine is an experienced recruitment specialist and a qualified teacher who started working in the Education Recruitment sector in London in 1998. Since 2022 Katharine has returned to working within London, placing our fantastic overseas candidates in schools and trusts across the capital. Katharine believes in a transparent service built on honesty and openness and providing clients with quality candidates. Katharine was the Teacher Recruitment Manager for Medway Council for six years and in that time won an ‘Excellence and Innovation' award for her work.
