With a background in Chemical Engineering, I embarked on a journey of continuous growth and achievement that led me to the pinnacle of my career as an Operations Manager.
My pursuit of excellence began with a degree in Chemical Engineering from Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiesti, Romania, where I developed a solid foundation in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and process optimization.
Following my studies, I embraced the challenge of being a Quality Engineer, focusing my attention to detail and dedication to maintaining the highest standards of product and service quality. However, seeking new horizons and determined to explore fresh opportunities, I decided to embark on an exciting adventure and relocated to England.
My journey in the United Kingdom commenced with my role as a Quality controller, followed by a position as a mobile driver for SmartGuard Security. My unyielding commitment to excellence did not go unnoticed, propelling me to the position of Operations Assistant within our esteemed company.
James began his career at SmartGuard Security during the challenging times of 2020 when the world faced the Covid-19 pandemic, James started as a static security guard at a local hospital. In 2021 James decided to move over to our esteemed mobile security team. As a key member James swiftly adapted to new responsibilities, including carrying out unlocks, locks, patrols, and being ever vigilant in responding to alarms, ensuring our clients' premises remained secure.
In 2022, James decided to take on a new role within our organization he became part of our office team assisting our Operations Manager and Managing Director in the daily operational side of the business.
Ronnie's career in the security industry began over 25 years ago. Ronnie's experience has centred in the Close Protection and RST (Residential Security Teams) sectors. Having looked after a number of high profile individuals, including celebrities, Ronnie has managed teams of close protection officers delivering support to visiting diplomats.
More recently, Ronnie managed teams of guards providing static guarding services to high profile sites, including Wapping, for a major PLC. Ronnie is a highly committed MD who has made a success of ensuring that he delivers the service he promises to his clients.
