The Managing Director Mr. Kameshwar Nath Sharma, after serving for 38 years in Personnel & Administrative services in Private Industry, State Government Undertaking and Public Sector Undertaking retired as a very Senior HR Personnel and thought to start a manpower oriented organization to contribute with vivid his experience in the field of Personnel, Administration and Manpower Management. As a visionary he started Proprietorship firms in the names of ADWIK SECURITY SERVICES and ADWIK ENTERPRISES to provide Security, House-Keeping and Outsourcing services to various Companies. Initially the said firms were established in the year 2006 having very limited clientele mostly in the construction companies. Later the said Proprietorship firm was incorporated under Companies Act 1956 as Private Limited Company in the name of ADWIK SECURITY & HR SOLUTIONS PVT.LTD. with effect from October 2008. The Company has obtained membership from CAPSI (Central), the National level organization of Private Security Agencies in India. The Company also got accredition from ISO by BSCIC and have Licences from all the respective States where they have been operating.
