Adeline is an experienced quality professional with over 15 years of experience within the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
Adeline joined Allegra in 2022 in the position of Quality Assurance Manager. Prior to this, she gained experience in research and development, operational and quality roles within the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. Adeline's roles were in companies such as Becton Dickinson and Johnson & Johnson MedTech.
Adeline holds a Microbiology and Biochemistry degree from Dijon in France.

Chris has a career spanning more than 30 years in executive roles with venture capital "start-up" organisations, such a Retriever Communications and RadioMail Inc. He also has experience with ASX listed entities, including Anittel Group Ltd, and USA based global corporation TIBCO Software Inc.
Chris' areas of specialisation include finance, accounting, operations, raising capital, acquisitions, divestments, strategic planning, due diligence, process improvement, public company compliance and commercial negotiation.
Chris provides his services to Allegra, via his consulting business. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) Sydney and is a qualified CPA.

Dr Nicholas Hartnell was appointed as Non-Executive Director on 07 March 2018. As an orthopaedic surgeon, Dr Hartnell brings to Allegra a wealth of orthopaedic industry experience. He completed a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Sydney in 1995. Since then he has been focused on orthopaedic training and specialisation and hence has many years of experience in all facets of Orthopaedic care.
Dr Hartnell set up his practice in Bowral in the Southern Highlands, NSW and has since expanded his surgical practice into the Goulburn, and Camden/Campbelltown areas. As a result of Dr Hartnell's extensive experience as an orthopaedic surgeon, he will continue in his role as a member of Allegra's Panel of Surgeon Advisers.

In March 2023, Ellen was appointed Head of Innovation and Technology to lead the engineering team.
Prior to this, she was a senior engineer who has held positions with Allegra since 2014. She is a key member of the team developing and commercialising the composite biocompatible ceramic material known as Sr-HT- Gahnite, originally developed by the University of Sydney.
Ellen holds Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Sydney and is additionally a PhD Candidate at the University of Sydney.

Jenny Swain was appointed as Allegra's first female CEO in May 2016. Jenny has over 20 years' experience in Orthopaedics sales, strategy and product development. Her extensive experience also extends into areas such as regulatory and supplier management.
Prior to her current CEO role, Jenny managed sales teams at a National level, working within both small and large companies. She started as NSW Orthopaedics Territory Manager at J&J in 1996, moving on to roles such as Orthopaedics Division Manager at other organisations.
Previous to her sales roles, Jenny spent 15 years as a formally trained and qualified Registered Nurse, with practical experience in local and overseas hospitals. This included 5 years in Los Angeles' Century City Hospital, as the Orthopaedics Unit Manager. During her nursing career, Jenny developed strong working relationships with both local Australian and International Surgeons.

Mr Sean Mulhearn was appointed as Director on 17 November 2015. He has been involved in the financial markets for over 30 years with experience in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and has obtained formal financial accreditations in the US and Asia. Sean has particular expertise in risk management. He recently founded Jacaranda Capital Partners, a boutique advisory and markets training business with offices in Singapore and Australia. He has been Member of Advisory Board of Pelican Point Capital Partners, LLC since October 30, 2014. He has been a Non-Executive Director of Greka Drilling Limited since October 5, 2015.

Experience and expertise
Robyn is a qualified Governance Professional (CGI) and Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia (GIA), who holds a Masters degree in Corporate Governance and a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance. Robyn is currently a Company Secretary of and provides company secretarial support to various ASX listed, unlisted public and private companies across a range of industries including financial services, biotechnology and healthcare, technology, cyber security and manufacturing. Prior to joining Automic, Robyn worked at a Lloyd's of London Syndicate and subsidiary of a global finance and insurance corporation, providing in-house Company Secretarial and Governance support to all local and international entities within the Group.

Vincent is a CPA qualified finance professional with over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance roles. He joined Allegra in 2016 and became Finance Manager in 2017.
Vincent holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the President University in Jakarta. He also holds a Master's Degree in Accounting and a Master's Degree in International Finance, both from Deakin University in Melbourne.
