ALTO LAKES WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT

The District was formed for the express purpose of undertaking critically needed improvements to the water supply and infrastructure. The District invested $4 million to acquire the system assets, pay off debt, and fund the Phase I Water Treatment Plant. The District is investing another $3 million in a major water line project to construct a new "backbone" along High Mesa, French, and Deer Park Drive.
