Architect P. S. Gokhale, the proprietor of Architeqn-icon, completed G. D. Arch. from Mumbai in 1984 and design work began in the same year. His first project was a housing society of the Reserve Bank of India. Since then, he has completed more than 200 projects, residential and non-residential, in Dombivli, Kalyan, Ambernath, Badlapur and a few in Mulund, Pune, Nashik, Alibag, Konkan.
Arch. P. S. Gokhale is a charter and an active member of the Rotary Club of Dombivli midtown. He was president in 1996-97. He was a chairman of the Indian Institute of Architects-Kalyan center in the year 2008-10. At present, he is a joint honourary secretary of Maharashtra chapter Indian institute of architects.
Architect P. S. Gokhale has always given the best design to every individual plot and as per the nature of the land and need of the client.
Commissioner T. Chandrashekhar of Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation had called an open competition for Architects to design traffic island and beautification of the area opposite to Kalyan railway station and it is worth to mention that his design was selected at the number one position.
