Since 1989 COBYS has been headquartered in the historic Oregon Mill, north of Lancaster (near Oregon Dairy and Reflections Restaurant). Powered by faith, COBYS is dedicated to being an available resource to families. Our staff is trained to support in adoption, counseling, therapy, and more... Motivated by Christian faith, COBYS Family Services provides foster care, adoption, counseling, family life education and permanency services for children and families at risk in Lancaster County and the surrounding area.
