Mr. Johnson is an innovative information technology executive with over 20 years of experience and a proven track record for driving business change. He has extensive managerial and hands-on experience leading large computer operation projects with combined capital budgets in excess of $50 million as well as leading cross functional IT teams in geographically diverse locations. Keith has manage Corporate Network infrastructure and Data Centers for a multi-location company. He is knowledgeable in PMP project life cycle and ITIL service management standards. Mr. Johnson holds a BS in Computer Science from Belhaven College and an MBA from The University of Southern Mississippi.

Mr. Benigno has over 21 years experience managing Government disaster recovery programs. He has directed thirteen (13) CDBG-DR programs across the states of Mississippi, Texas, New York and South Carolina as well as managed combined budgets in excess of $750 million in CDBG-DR housing funds. Ken has extensive experience in CDBG-DR, Hazard Mitigation and Public Assistance Programs. He served 22 years in the United States Army earning the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and served FEMA as the Defense Coordinating Element (DCE) Deputy Defense Coordinating Officer for the states of Alabama and Mississippi. Mr. Benigno holds a BS in Personnel Management and a MS in Workforce Training and Development from The University of Southern Mississippi. Ken is also a Project Management Professional and Certified Fraud Examiner.
