David is an experienced leader who has worked in the NHS and not-for-profit sectors at Executive Board level for almost 20 years. He has led gtd healthcare since 2005 growing it from a local GP owned company to one of the largest not-for-profit business of its type in the north west. His work at gtd has had an emphasis on creating a values based healthcare organisation that has been recognised as Outstanding by the CQC for being "Well Led". This has been achieved through a continual commitment to the well-being and engagement of staff, patients and local communities. Previously, David has worked in Executive Director roles within commissioning, performance and service development, leading acute services reconfiguration and regional specialist services re-organisation.
Dawn is an experienced and proactive leader with considerable clinical and managerial experience across many sectors of the NHS locally and nationally. Dawn is driven to achieve by a passion for collaborating with others to deliver the highest quality patient and clinical experience.
She has a genuine commitment to maximising the potential of teams, increasing clinical engagement and involving the public in the development of services. Throughout her career, her focus has been to successfully improve both the direct delivery of care and the assurance processes to assess the quality of care. Combining an ability to think creatively with an eye for detail and a systems approach, Dawn has taken the best of NHS governance into the not for profit sector, transforming the governance systems within a leading primary care and urgent care organisation gaining recognition from Board and commissioners.
Brian is an experienced GP who has worked as a GP principal for more than 28 years in a high performing practice in Oldham, a deprived urban town centre within Greater Manchester.
He has exceptionally effective negotiation and interpersonal skills, and is a highly influential clinical leader who co-founded a not for profit GP co-operative overseeing it's transition to a truly integrated primary care and urgent care provider, which is now one of the largest of its type in the North West. Also, he has led change programmes as clinical champion across clinical commissioning group areas and has extensive Board level experience in provider and commissioning organisations.
Brian has a deep commitment to training and education, working as a GP trainer for more than 23 years, leading innovations in urgent care, GP education and establishing a unique GP training organisation.

Dr Peter Fink is an experienced practising GP who has developed considerable skills in leading and innovating NHS services particularly across urgent care and demand management in Greater Manchester. These skills have been gained through his many and varied roles including Local Medical Council secretary and within his current role as deputy medical director for NHS Manchester Clinical Commissioning Group.
A pragmatist with enhanced communication and skills, Peter is a credible clinical leader with an in-depth knowledge of GP commissioning that he has been able to apply to support or lead innovation and change in both the commissioning and delivery of services.
Adaptable and outcome focussed, Peter is not afraid to positively challenge colleagues in acute, primary care and commissioning to ensure that projects succeed and services are able to meet the shifting demands of the healthcare landscape.
Dr Yogi Sharma brings a wealth of experience and expertise to gtd healthcare and is driving forward the clinical and professional leadership of all medical staff. An experienced consultant in emergency medicine, Dr Sharma has substantial experience in senior leadership roles working locally as a clinical director and as an associate medical director at Tameside Hospital. He has a wealth of international experience including his most recent role as the vice chairman in emergency medicine in Qatar where one of his responsibilities was managing urgent and walk-in centres. Before joining gtd healthcare, Dr Sharma worked as an emergency department consultant at North Manchester General Hospital.
By profession, Graham is an accountant, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and has more than 40 years of financial and management experience. He had 18 years' experience in running his own business as an interim manager undertaking client assignments in senior finance roles within the public sector.
Also, Graham has experience in the NHS, further education, charity, local government, social housing and commercial sectors, as well as regulatory activities within the legal, health and social care professions. He has been a non-executive director/governor in various public sector bodies since 1993 and has in these roles chaired and/or been a member of various committees such as audit, remuneration, integrated governance, resources, finance and policy, and quality.

Jane is an approachable and professional leader with over 15 years' experience in the not for profit sector. She is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is responsible for financial management across the organisation.
Susan Mayall joined gtd healthcare as Non-executive Director in November 2020. A qualified solicitor, Susan heads up the employment team at Pearson Solicitors and Financial Advisers Ltd. She brings a wealth of unique experience including previously teaching both business studies and adults with learning difficulties. Susan believes her former work outside the law adds a useful dimension to her expertise, enabling her to quickly put people at ease.
