Dr Gary McCleane, MD, is a consultant in pain management with a particular interest in neuropathic pain, topical analgesics, novel options for pain management and he has a particular interest in Cholecystokinin antagonists. He has had over 70 papers published and has had 26 chapters on pain related topics included in a variety of text books. McCleane is the clinical leader on Merck's L-365,260 and proglumide, which was marketed under the brand Milid.
Brian started working for Ranbaxy Laboratories in 1995 and he held the positions of Regional Director, Company President, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer until 2005 when Ranbaxy became the 9th largest Global Generic Pharmaceutical Company. He then became Chief Mentor and Vice Chairman. In 2007 when he retired from Ranbaxy he was appointed a Non Executive Director. Brian is an international advisor to MAPE, India an M&A boutique and serves on several Healthcare and Finance Company Boards. Having led a Sensex Nifty 50 Indian blue chip MNC Brian has a valuable insight of doing business in India.

Eric earned his PhD from the university of Hannover under the supervision of Prof HMR Hoffmann in synthetic organic chemistry. At Aston University a collaborative programme with Prof Les Iversen was launched to design, discover and develop novel CCK antagonists as analgesics. In collaboration with Prof MJ Tisdale novel anticancer agents based on butenolides and natural products were synthesised and evaluated in vitro and in vivo. Over a decade CCK antagonists in the area of neuroscience and anticancer agents from natural sources and synthetics were prepared and tested. K. Sadasivan Pillai has more than 25 years industrial experience in conducting animal experiments and other regulatory studies with drugs, pesticides, herbal formulations, etc. He also has worked as Head QA (GLP) in a preclinical CRO and a preclinical facilities of a pharmaceutical R&D in India. He is a Ph.D. supervisor of 2 Indian Universities. He has successfully completed a 2 week-course on Laboratory Animal Science at Utrecht University, Netherlands. He has published several papers in peer reviewed journals and coauthored 2 books on statistics in toxicology and pharmacology.

Pornthip was teaching chemistry in various academic positions over a decade and joined Prof. Tisdaleʼs group as a senior researcher at Aston University, England. She was involved as an inventor in various patents and was the Founder and Director of APL Molecules Ltd, England which provided technical support to discovery of new and fine chemicals. Recently, she has set up a start-up company, namely, Simply Molecules, located in England to provide preclinical services for the pharmaceutical industry, which now is incorporated into the PNB Vesper Life Science group in India.
Dr. Ramesh Narayanan has 20 years of research and development experience in academia and biotech in the USA. Dr. Narayanan received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry and MBA in global business. He was trained in molecular and cellular biology at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX. He joined GTx, Inc. as a Senior Scientist and moved up the ladder to become Director of Drug Discovery. He transitioned back to academia in 2014 as an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine and as the Director, Center for Cancer Drug Discovery at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. He has published over 40 peer reviewed publications and book chapter and is an inventor in over 50 patent applications.
Navaneeth Vishnu completed Undergraduation from Loyola college, Chennai - BBA (bachaelors in business administration) and Post graduation from IESEG school of Management, France - Masters in Management (Grande Ecole Degree), speacialized in IBES ( international business economics and strategy).
P.N. Balaram is a management graduate and has 30 years experience in various business activities. His maiden project was manufacturing televisions with Toshiba, Japan collaboration, which he started at the age of 20. His other achievements in India include introduction of the first core and onscreen display televisions in 1984, VCR in 1986, DTH satellite receiving system in 1986 and pet bottles in 1989. In 1992 he started Superstar distilleries and Foods Ltd manufacturing Liquors from Tapioca first time in India. He was one of the promoters of Sterling Gases. In 1996 he launched high end electronic security systems in India and in 1997 promoted Cybele Herbal Laboratories Pvt Ltd.
