Georgia Pierce has had the opportunity to collaborate with a broad array of clientele, each envisioning an unfolding of their own distinctive style. In design, communication is all we have to convey sweeping ideas and pinpoint minute details. She is fascinated by the process of swimming around in someone's words to acquire an understanding of how they hope their environment will make them feel. Translating emotion into color and shape, scale and design is one path to making people feel happier. That is Georgia's inspiration. Individual projects include commercial and residential clients in the cities of Las Vegas, Albuquerque and Seattle and spanning Arizona, Southern California, Wyoming, and of course, beautiful Colorado.

Terrie Durgin provides daily support to the RBM brokerage team and manages the accounting department.
She joined the company in 2001 and works closely with all staff to prepare property documentation and marketing materials. She took over accounting duties for the management properties in 2008. Terrie handles preparation and reporting of all accounting and budgeting documents. She also delivers annual records to Clients and CPAs for yearly reporting.
Terrie attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
