Chuck is a 1981 graduate of St. Joseph's College in Rensselaer, IN. Chuck began his professional career in Indianapolis. Working there for several firms over an 8 year time frame, he was introduced to the wide range of services required by privately owned business.
Derrick is a 2019 graduate of Purdue University's Krannert School of Management. Derrick received his BS in Accounting in the Fall of 2019. He has worked at Reed & Company for the last three years.
He is the former treasurer of the Acacia fraternity local board and is a member of the Indiana CPA Society.

Eileen is a native of Rensselaer and a graduate of Rensselaer Central High School. She is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. Eileen joined Reed & Company, P.C. in the winter of 2006 when Dunten & Company, P.C. merged with Reed & Company, P.C. She is experienced in auditing telephone companies, not-for-profit agencies, employee benefit plans, and other small businesses.
Eileen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society. Eileen is also a member of the Indiana Telecommunications Association.
Eileen is a member of the Delta Eta Chapter of Kappa Kappa Kappa, a philanthropic sorority. She is active in the Lafayette Catholic Schools, is a volunteer instructor for Junior Achievement, and is a past treasurer of the St. Boniface-St. Mary's PTO. Most of her free time is spent with her husband and two daughter.
Jeff is a native of French Lick, Indiana, and a graduate of Spring Valley High School. He graduated from Indiana University in 1990 with a Bachelors degree in Business Analysis. Prior to joining us, he has worked in the banking industry in Indiana and Michigan. He has held a number of different positions including commercial and real estate lending. Jeff has his MBA from Western Michigan, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He joined Reed & Company, P.C. in 1999 and became partner in 2006.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society. Jeff was also Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) on July 31, 2011.
Jeff is Treasurer of Lafayette Catholic Shools. He has also served on various boards, including YWCA, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Leadership Lafayette and Sycamore Girls Scouts.
Kristin is originally from Crawfordsville and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Purdue University. She has over 20 years of public accounting experience specializing in corporate, partnership, and individual tax; including payroll assistance.
She is a member of the Indiana CPA Society.
In her free time, she can be found at antique car and tractor shows. She is active in the National Plymouth Owners Club and the National Massey Collectors Association. She also enjoys gardening, bird watching, and traveling. Kristin is married and has several fur babies.
Teri is from New Castle and is a graduate of New Castle Chrysler High School. She graduated with distinction from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She joined Reed & Company, P.C. in 1990 and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is experienced with audits of not-for-profit organizations and employee benefit plans. She also performs small business accounting including payroll, corporate, and partnership tax, and assists not-for-profit organizations with accounting and tax preparation.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society.
She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Art Museum of Greater Lafayette and volunteers at her church. Teri is married and has two children.
Tom, a partner with Reed & Company, P.C., grew up in West Lafayette, graduating from West Lafayette High School in 1976. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Joseph's College in Rensselaer in 1980. Upon graduation, Tom worked in Indianapolis for Mott & Crane, which merged with Ernst & Whinney. There, Tom specialized in working with privately owned businesses. In 1985, he left Indianapolis to join his father Bill at Reed & Company, P.C. He has continued his work with privately owned businesses and has also become one of the area's foremost experts in small business consulting and estate planning.
He is active at St. Mary's Cathedral as Chairman of their Finance Committee, a commissioner of the Lafayette Housing Authority, on the Board of Directors for the Gibault School for Boys in Terre Haute, is a member of the finance committee for the Lafayette Catholic Schools and treasurer of the Art Museum of Greater Lafayette Foundation. Tom is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society.
Tom and his wife Barb have three daughters.
Tim is originally from Wisconsin and has a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Purdue's Krannert School of Management. Tim has 14 years experience working with small business owners and assisting with their accounting, along with preparation of individual and business tax returns. He is also experienced in preparing trust, estate and other fiduciary tax returns.
Tim is involved with the community having served on various not-for-profit boards and committees, including Lafayette Transitional Housing and the United Way of Greater Lafayette. Tim and his wife Jodie have four children.

Tracy grew up in the Midwest, living in Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana. She graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in December 1988. Upon graduation, she joined Reed & Company as a staff accountant. After one year, she married her husband Chris and moved to Boston. During her 33 years in Boston, Tracy worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and RSM. She also gained extensive tax experience in the investment management industry working at several investment banks in addition to a hedge fund. She recently returned to her Midwestern roots, rejoining Reed & Company in January 2023.
Tracy is a board member of the CASAs for Kids Fund and is pursuing other board opportunities in the community. She has previously served both on a supervisory committee and the board of a local credit union in Massachusetts. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society.
