Brent Johnston - President

Mr. Johnston is a senior level, medical industry executive with over 25 years of experience in growth, marketing and organizational efficiency. Prior to joining Shared Imaging Services as President, Brent served as President of Milestone Scientific (NYSE: MLSS) where he was responsible for growth development and restructuring the sales and marketing strategies in both domestic and international markets. Mr. Johnston also served as Chief Executive Officer at ExsoMed, an upper extremity orthopedic company where he brought the company from start up to full commercialization. Mr. Johnston founded and served as Chief Operating Officer at Aurora Spine, Inc., (TSXV:ASG) where he grew the company from startup to full commercialization and oversaw the launch of 20 products. He was also a key member of the team to take the company public. Mr. Johnston received a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Business Administration from Eastern Washington University and received a Masters in Business Administration from Norwich University. He is also an US Army Veteran with 9 years of service.

Jessica Bulman - CFO

Jessica Bulman is an experienced leader with extensive knowledge in accounting, HR and Operations. Jessica recently was the Vice President of Operations and Director of Finance and Administration for Mad City Windows and Bath. Jessica graduated with her accounting degree from Upper Iowa University, her MBA from Lakeland University and will complete her CPA certification in August.
