SUNRISE SERVICES - Key Persons
Daryl started with Sunrise Services over 15 years ago and is the person you call when you have any EDI issues. Claims aren't processing? Do reports need to be customized? Daryl is the person to call.
Beyond his work providing support and assistance to clients, Daryl enjoys many outdoor activities whenever possible. He enjoys hiking, kayaking, and biking with his wife of 25 years. He also enjoys time spent with his adult sons who share his love of the outdoors. His love of nature's beauty and family help drive his interest in woodworking, where he crafts practical and decorative items that are as unique as they are beautiful to look at.
Eli is the baby of the group and has been with Sunrise for the past couple of years. If you can't see the family resemblance he is Kelly and Daryl's youngest son and works on the RCM team doing data entry and payment reconciliation. Eli's passion lies in photography, where he has earned recognition for his outstanding work. Eli's work was featured at the Kentucky Folk Art museum depicting images of life in Kentucky.
Jane has been with Sunrise for over four years and comes with over 20 years of experience in medical billing. She's seen many changes and advances in her years working in the field (which, she owes to her sister who introduced her to this field).
Jane is our comic relief and always brings joy and humor to our team meetings. She faces challenges head-on, and always with a smile and a positive attitude.
Karl is a new member of the team, providing general tech support. A jack-of-all-trades; whether programming bots to automate processes, updating and securing server connections, or just getting your computer set up and ready to roll, he'll swiftly solve your sticky software situations.
Karl is an avid reader and enjoys going for long walks with a book in hand. When he's not engrossed in other people's stories, he's working on building characters and worlds of his own.

Kelly is the co-founder of Sunrise Services. She and her father, Tom formed the company in the spare bedroom of the home her parents were living in at the time in greater Detroit back in 1996. She double majored in Horticulture and Music Theory at Michigan State University and 15 years later-a Bachelor in Health Informatics from the University of Michigan. She is a certified medical coder and biller, with 25+ years under her belt.
Whenever possible you'll find her exploring the outdoors, whether it be in a kayak, in hiking boots, or out in her garden. Her love of the outdoors is rooted in growing up in a farming community in Michigan. One of her life goals is to hike at every National Park in the United States.
She currently lives in Kentucky with her husband of 25 years and two adult children, moving her family to merge the Michigan location with the Kentucky location 17 years ago.
One of her favorite quotes is one from Maya Angelou "If you don't like something, change it. If you can't change it, change your attitude."

Sherrie has been with Sunrise Services for over 12 years, she started as the Administrative Assistant but has moved through the company to now VP of RCM Services. Kentucky has been Sherrie's home since 1993, she was only supposed to be here through college but loves everything this area has to offer, the diversity, the nature, art and music, and of course the bourbon and horses.
Sherrie's original career was in childcare and youth ministry and she never would have thought that she would be working in the healthcare industry but has loved every moment of learning and growth both professionally and personally that Sunrise has given her.
Sherrie has been married to Eric for 27 years and they have one adult daughter. Sherrie enjoys spending time with her family, music, a newfound relationship with nature, and anything Star Wars or penguin related.
Taylor is one of the newest members of our RCM team and works remotely from northern Michigan. She lives with her husband, Jayson, her wild one-year-old son, and two furbabies. She enjoys spending as much time outside as possible.
One of her many unique qualities is her laugh! When she was younger she worried her laugh was bothersome to others, but age comes with embracing this exceptional quality and made her realize it was the part of her she loves the most. Her son, Myles has inherited this laugh and when we are lucky enough to hear it on our monthly meeting calls.
