In 2011, South African immigrant John Louch combined his love for health, fitness, and education, creating The W Training Facility. Mr. Louch was always inspired by the great Nelson Mandela's words "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world" implementing the foundation of the ground rules that we follow.
