Organised, meticulous and thorough - Rebecca is responsible for the accounts side of the Lettings business and ensures that all of our landlords are receive their rental income in a smooth, timely fashion. With a bubbly personality to match her methodical approach, Rebecca is the perfect individual to handle rental queries and payments on behalf of both tenants and landlords alike.
Charlotte has recently started with us here in Halstead as our trainee sales consultant, she joins us from a strong background of exceptional customer service and has a brilliant way with people. Growing up locally, in Braintree, she has a wealth of knowledge on the local area and cannot wait to apply her professionalism into this exciting new role. Charlotte's day to day responsibilities will include viewing appointments and she cannot wait to meet the people of Halstead and the surrounding villages, to assist them with the property needs. The son of a property developer and Master Builder, Alan grew up with an early interest and appetite to understand property and the people associated with all aspects of buying and selling. He knew at a young age, the importance of finding the right home for the right person. Starting his career as a trainee, Alan has organically grown his experience culminating in him now owning a broad range of skills combined with a strong work ethic. Early in his career Alan's potential was recognised and he was quickly nurtured to a position of management where he flourished. Alan would be the first person to say that he prides himself on honestly and integrity and that being professional comes before anything else. He lives locally with his wife and 3 children and the family dog and having spent many years living in Great Bentley, Alan fell in love with the area and all of the surrounding villages. For the last 10 years or so, Alan has been valuing and selling properties specifically in this geographical area and his professionalism and calm approach to being successful has won him many accolades within the industry. Subsequently, Alan latterly found himself running an estate agents in Wivenhoe for a large organisation, whilst the location was great, he wanted something that would provide a rewarding work/life balance, hence Alan's recent move to run and manage Michaels of Wivenhoe. "The most important thing for me in this role, is building and maintaining healthy relationships that are built on the foundations of trust."
Sarah was born and raised in Wivenhoe and after leaving the village at 17, she then returned years later to raise her own family here. She has two older children at University and a younger son at the local school. Sarah has been in the industry for over 20 years and has worked in a huge variety of roles, from managing single offices to assisting in overseeing entire regions for one of the largest independent estate agent groups. There is no aspect of the job or selling/buying/letting process that Sarah has not dealt with. She is employed solely to provide our clients with updates and advice on the marketing of their home which allows her to impart her years of knowledge and expertise and guide our clients through the process. Most importantly, her advice is always impartial and honest. "Having moved many times myself (within Wivenhoe), I know that during this time you need to feel that when you speak to your estate agent, that you are the single most important client on the phone and not just one of many". Our customers are the parents, neighbours, sisters, brothers and friends of a new client and Sarah's work ethic is passionately based on making sure that every client receives an unparalleled service.
Courtney took leadership of the lettings department in April 2020 after spending some 10 years at a corporate agency, having gained a plethora of knowledge in both work based experiences and countless training courses at the highest level. With the rare combination of youth, drive, determination and experience to her advantage, Courtney joins Michaels' already highly successful brand with a view of only developing the business further and taking us to new heights. Along with our many landlords who were delighted at the announcement of her arrival, we are very excited for what the future holds under Courtney's management.
Entirely homegrown, Connor began his career in the property industry within our firm in 2017 and has truly excelled ever since. We have received nothing but positive feedback from our client base, whether it be from prospective buyers on accompanied viewings or vendors receiving his daily feedback calls. Connor's organisation, along with his quite remarkable determination to succeed have proved key factors in his promotion from a trainee to Assistant Branch Manager in just 3 years.
Having come straight into the property industry from leaving college, Charlotte started her Estate Agency career in 2014 as a trainee negotiator and has worked her way up quickly to managerial roles. Having worked for corporate and independent agencies over the years her knowledge and passion for property still continues to grow. Living locally all her life as well as attending the local schools Charlotte has a wealth of knowledge for the local area and Prides herself on being able to tailor her approach to her clients needs with some of her buyers even inviting her back once completed to show their new improved homes. Lee joined the Michael's family back in May 2019, bringing with him abundance of enthusiasm to make sure our clients have the best possible experience. Having come from retail, he understands the needs of our clients and has a flare for putting them first and ensuring that their needs are met. Lee's hardworking nature coupled with his determination to succeed have seen him only progress. Having lived locally his whole life, Lee's roots are firmly planted in the local area, meaning he knows the town and villages well. Since joining us Lee has worked his way up to a senior role and takes extra pride in closely looking after clients and ensuring they are happy from to start to finish and giving nothing but honest, sincere advice.

Amanda is the engine room of the office, her organisation skills ensure that the day to day running of the branch is smooth and assists us greatly in upholding our high standards at all times. Amanda has a great deal of experience in property, administration and interior design and this reflects brilliantly on her work.
Joely is our passionate and ambitious Sales Negotiator. With sheer hard work and the desire to be the best negotiator she can be, Joely has progressed her career at a lightning pace. Joely takes great care and understanding when taking your property requirements, therefore you can be assured that if you are offered a property from her, you will not be disappointed. Confident yet professional, Joely has an abundance of local knowledge which helps with any questions or queries when viewing a potential home. With a past career in retail, her passion to exceed clients' expectations is outstanding and she is a valued member of the Braintree team.

Louis has recently joined us here in Colchester as a trainee and has quite frankly blown us all away with his enthusiasm, dedication and professionalism for such a young man. Loui's day to day responsibilities include viewing appointments, where from the get go we received numerous calls and emails of thanks from clients down to the superb way in which Louis conducts himself. Louis has a very promising future indeed.
Cameron is a true gentleman and has an apparent care for every client's needs. Trustworthy, polite, and personable are simply three attributes that Cameron prides himself in. With a wealth of unrivalled experience, Cameron has previously worked at both independent and corporate agents in the North Essex region, and this combined brings excellent knowledge - allowing the team in which he manages to excel in their day-to-day workings. Just two years later Michael became the manager of a highly reputable estate agents in Braintree before moving his career focus toward the Colchester market where he was an award winning senior manager for one of the country's largest independent agents for over 7 years. Michael has worked through all kinds of markets, good and bad and therefore has a huge amount of experience and knowledge in valuing and selling property in all market conditions.

He has worked as an agent in the town for over ten years, building an exceptional reputation for himself with his professional, tenacious and friendly approach to his job. Working his way from a trainee to local partner in one of the country's largest estate agency groups, he has unrivalled experience in the busiest of market places whilst upholding excellent standards of personal customer service.
The upmost professional, Aaron's calm and collected approach to sales goes against every stereotype in the industry. Aaron joined us as a trainee in 2016 and worked his way up through the ranks at an unprecedented rate, to now hold the Local Director title in Halstead. Aaron has re-invented the marketing strategies here at Michaels and taken our profiles on web based and social media platforms to new levels, a true leader and serious asset to the company - Hence his well-deserved promotion to Directorship level.
Michael has been in the industry for over seven years now and has gained an exceptional reputation for himself with his enthusiastic, tenacious and friendly manner with clients. Michael is punctual, organised and always on hand to provide customers with the excellent customer service standards that we pride ourselves on. Michael has been with us since the beginning and his hard work and success has lead to his recent promotion to Local Director.
Gemma heads up our branch here in Halstead following an exceptionally successful career working for a corporate organisation. Her innovative flare and driven nature can now flourish within a family run business where her entrepreneurial skills can be celebrated. Gemma has a background of outstanding customer service and a recognised thirst to accomplish, these qualities have enabled her to win many an accolade for her hard work, but more importantly a proven history of customer satisfaction. Living locally to Halstead, this area is where Gemma's family is growing, and her support network is fully established. Born locally and having family living in Wivenhoe, means that Carla's knowledge of the area and local market is unrivalled. She herself attended the local schools and her young daughter currently enjoys the University Nursery whilst Carla is busy at work. Carla brings to Michaels a wealth of sales and marketing experience from within estate agency. Having worked for a large corporate company for some 12 years, Carla wanted to bring her expertise to a small independent organisation that enables her to really utilise her skills to the benefit of her clients. She is infectious by nature and her enthusiasm drives the best results - in all aspects Carla works over and above in her role. The personal approach to buying and selling is where Carla comes into her forte, her drive to be successful for her clients is relentless. She fully appreciates that moving home is one of the most exciting yet stressful things that people do.
