So what's this all about? Mischief and mayhem really. It's about experimentation and exploration in the brewery. It's about doing things a little differently or a lot differently and making great beer in the process. It's about stuffing about with barrels, bacteria, wild yeast and adjuncts to create interesting and flavourful beers.
