Brad Simpson

Brad Simpson is the National Director of Laboratory Services and oversees day-to-day processing of all laboratory samples. He also ensures that all Laboratory Operations meet the stringent CLIA regulations. Simpson moved to Springfield in 2004 to help run the family business and he joined Elite Pain Management in 2016. Simpson holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Missouri State University. Weekends, Brad enjoys playing ice-hockey with his son and daughter.

David Tonkin

David Tonkin, MD, is a board-certified physician and the medical director of interventional pain at Elite Pain Management and Recovery Centers in Myrtle Beach and Springfield, Missouri. As a pain management and anesthesia specialist, Dr. Tonkin is an expert in interventional pain techniques. Dr. Tonkin graduated from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia, before earning his medical degree at the American University of the Caribbean School in Coral Gables, Florida, in 2000. He completed postgraduate training at West Virginia University in Morgantown, the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Temple University Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, and Wayne State University and Henry Ford Health System in Detroit. After finishing his training, Dr. Tonkin was a practicing anesthesiologist for several years before completing an accredited interventional pain fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. With a strong background in anesthesiology and interventional pain management, he is a national opioid epidemic educator and well-known speaker on the issue.

Dr. Gregory Post

Dr. Gregory Post is a board-certified toxicologist and serves as the Laboratory Director for Elite Pain Management. Dr. Post earned a bachelor's degree from Jamestown College with a dual major in Chemistry and Biology. He earned his Ph.D. in Biochemistry at North Dakota State University in 1984 and then completed a fellowship in Clinical Chemistry at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He holds dual board certification in Clinical Chemistry and Toxicology. Dr. Post has been instrumental in developing clinical and forensic testing programs for over 30 years and lectures for medical technology programs in the area of clinical and legal toxicology. In his spare time, Dr. Post enjoys restoring cars, off-roading in his Jeep with his family and golfing with friends. Dr. Post joined Elite Pain Management in 2017 and is committed to keeping the laboratory operating at the highest level to help our company in the complex field of pain management.

Dr. Jodi Rump

Dr. Jodi Rump is a board certified doctor of dental surgery. She completed her undergraduate training at Christian Brothers University and her doctorate of dental surgery at the University of Tennessee Health Service Center in 2002. Dr. Rump has extensive postgraduate training from the Bioresearch Corporation for its Joint Vibrational Analysis and training in the Tscan computerized occlusal analysis system for Temporomandibular Joint Pain as well as training in Orofacial Pain Management.

Dr. Seth Keller

Dr. Seth Keller is a board certified clinical pharmacist specializing in Emergency Department Pharmaceuticals. He attended the University of Memphis and received his doctorate in pharmacy from the University of Tennessee Health Service Center in 2010. Dr. Keller completed his clinical pharmacy residency at the Veteran's Affairs Medical Center in Memphis. His certifications include Pharmacy, Geriatric Pharmacy, and Pharmacotherapy.

Gloria Lane

Max Fratoddi

Job Titles:

Max Fratoddi's 35-year government career was dedicated to criminal justice and national security matters. As a member of the U.S. Dept. of State and the FBI, he served in national security assignments in over 60 countries and seven war zones. He has held investigative, supervisory, managerial, and executive level positions. Subsequent to retiring from the FBI in 2004, he served in a number of risk management consulting positions to private industry and the U.S. Government. Since 2004, Max has also worked on a parallel track in the private investigations and corporate security industries. As the President of Private Investigation Services Group, he has built a company with three primary practices: corporate due diligence and investigations, attorney services and litigation support, and risk management consulting.
