Family-owned Guidry's Catfish is located in the heart of Cajun Country in South Louisiana. We process over 1.2 million pounds a week of the freshest, best tasting catfish in the industry. We are the largest catfish processing facility in Louisiana and one of the largest producers of U.S. farm-raised catfish in the country. We cater to both the retail customer and the foodservice industry, offering over 70 different catfish items, plus our own delicious blend of fish fry and hushpuppies... We provide over 1 million pounds of fresh, quality catfish to over 4,000 restaurants and grocery stores across the U.S.
