Richard established his first company in 1995 as a homebuilder at the age of 27. He has since built hundreds of homes and developed numerous neighborhoods and investment properties throughout Alabama and Florida. In 2013, Richard founded Innovative Building Solutions, a commercial construction company specializing in building and remodeling restaurants, and has completed thousands of projects throughout the eastern United States.
In addition to the team members above, we are privileged to have a hardworking and dedicated crew. Without the help of our project superintendents and maintenance technicians, our company wouldn't be where we are today.
