Amy O'Neil - VP

Ms. O'Neil joined Orion Partners in 1997, and brings more than 35 years of real estate and construction experience to the company. She has been responsible for financial reporting, as well as supervising title, mortgages and utility company operations, financial and cost accounting, construction management, computer information systems, tax, insurance, and human resources. Ms. O'Neil received her Bachelor of Science from the University of New Hampshire, Whittemore School of Business. In 1979, she became a Certified Public Accountant, and has served as President of the San Antonio Chapter of CPAs, Board Member of the Texas Society of CPAs, and member of the American Institute of CPAs. She has served in various offices of the American Red Cross, as an advisor to San Antonio College, and as a member of various committees of the San Antonio Junior League.

Charles H. Midkiff - CEO, Chairman

In a career spanning over five decades, Charles Midkiff has established himself as one of the Lone Star State's most accomplished real estate development professionals. His prolific development portfolio, valued in excess of $900 million, includes more than 10,000 apartment units, five million square feet of commercial space, several hundred single family homes and hundreds of acres of land in major cities around the U.S. Since moving to San Antonio in 1981 with Lincoln Property Company, Mr. Midkiff has been responsible for developing properties valued at some $400 million with Lincoln, Property Company of America and Orion Partners. In 1989, Mr. Midkiff initiated the founding of Orion Partners in order to be positioned to capitalize long-term on commercial property development and investment opportunities in San Antonio. Since that time, Orion Partners has been responsible for acquisition and development of over 2 million square feet of commercial properties, 500 apartment units and over 200 acres of land, altogether valued at nearly $250 million. Among Orion's achievements is its unique partnership with the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force which has led to the conversion of the historic BAMC Hospital buildings at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston into state of the art office buildings. Orion's portfolio at JBSA-Fort Sam currently consists of nearly 500,000 square feet of office space. Separately, the company's construction division has performed some 200,000 square feet of renovations for the Government, work valued at over $40 million. Mr. Midkiff is a graduate of Texas Tech University, where he obtained a BA in Finance/Real Estate. He was a founder of the San Antonio Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), where he served on the President's council and the Board of Directors. He has also been active in National Apartment Association, where he served on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee as Chairman of the National Legislative Council.

Dean Bundrick

Mr. Bundrick has been specializing in the San Antonio office market since 1981, beginning with his opening of the San Antonio office of the Swearingen Company. He has been responsible for all leasing, sales and marketing for tenants, investors and Orion's projects since the firm's inception in 1989. He has consummated over 4 million square feet of lease transactions and participated in the closing of over 1.7 million square feet of income properties. His lease transactions include many national companies, such as Valero, IBM, Symantec, CIGNA and The Hartford, as well as local/regional companies like Ford Murray PLLC, Jordan Foster Construction, Law Offices of Dulske & Gluys, P.C., and San Antonio Preventive and Diagnostic Medicine, P.A. His investment transactions include One International Centre, One Technology Center and Rogers Ranch Park. Mr. Bundrick's background includes accounting as well as a sales career with IBM. He holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia and a Texas Real Estate Brokers License. He has earned the designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He served as President of the Real Estate Council of San Antonio (RECSA) and is the 2016/2017 Co-Chairman of their Leadership Development Program.
