Originally from Tanzania, he has international experience from Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Canada. Bashir is a basketball fan and enjoys cycling.

Chris lives in Toronto, and enjoys an active life benefitting from the Canadian outdoors - a bonus if there are mountains and a ski slope!

Establishing, growing and managing the European business at a past company saw Dave spend 10 years in Germany (and yes, he's fluent in German!). Now back in Canada, he leads 360's international sales team. Dave is an avid cottager, squash player, guitarist, and sailor.

After 23 years of experience in the I.T. channel in various senior leadership roles, David joined the incentives industry as the CEO of CR Worldwide which was later acquired by 360insights. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Incentive Marketing Association and Board of Trustees of the Incentive Research Foundation, and holds the Certified Professional Incentive Management (CPIM) designation. David enjoys travelling, skiing, and attending live music gigs!

He is a big supporter of SickKids Hospital in Toronto, be it via fundraising or volunteering his time. David also has a passion for playing volleyball.

Heather hails from Massachusetts but now calls Boulder, CO home, where she can usually be found on a trail right outside her back door.

He founded his first company with his brother at age 20. James was born in the UK and grew up living in Bangladesh, Thailand, Jamaica and South Africa, and now calls Huntington, NY home. He is an avid supporter of Liverpool FC.

Stephen joined 360insights from Coveo, an enterprise search and recommendation engine, where he led platform product marketing and competitive intelligence through the company's successful 2021 IPO. He is passionate about emerging technologies. Born in Newfoundland, he currently resides in southwestern Ontario, and considers his most important title to be ‘dad' to his two kids. Stephen is a basketball enthusiast.

Tom brings 20+ years of executive experience to 360insights, with roles at Goldman Sachs, Webinfinity and as a pilot with the US Navy. Tom was instrumental in all investment rounds with Webinfinity, resulting in material value creation and eventual acquisition by 360insights. He lives in Florida and enjoys travelling the Florida Keys and fishing with his sons. Tom also enjoys the colder climates and heads off to the mountains to ski in the winter.

Varsha enjoys cooking, travelling, and solving puzzles. She calls Ontario home, but she will probably never learn to embrace cold weather!
