We have worked with the full spectrum of disabilities for over 25 years. Our coaching staff has a total of over 50 years of combined service and experience. All placements are in true community employment. Through our SEP Assessment Process, we determine the individual's strengths and supports needed to be successful... Our program staff then matches these individuals to appropriate jobs, assists with interviews and on-boarding as needed, provides the one-on-one training and the support necessary for them to remain successfully employed... In response to business needs and to support Pennsylvanians with disabilities to achieve greater independence, choice and opportunity; Private Industry Council of Lehigh Valley, Inc. Supported Employment Program (PICSEP) provides employment opportunities, job placement, Intensive training and related services to residents of Lehigh and Northampton Counties in a professional, economical and quality driven manner.
