Chloe Warden

Chloe has a role of assistant property manager and prides herself on great attention to detail and whilst building and maintaining great relationships with clients. Being in the industry since 2020, Chloe has attended training seminars and has completed her certificates giving her the knowledge and experience to offer a particular service like none other. Chloe is a people pleaser and loves assisting all clients, whether that is new or existing tenant with any issues or concerns they may have and keeping properties maintained to a high standard. Outside of work Chloe enjoys spending time with her partner and 2 dogs and doesn't mind getting outdoors camping and 4 wheel driving.

Kay Harper

Kay is a wealth of knowledge and knows exactly what is happening in the Whitsunday market. Kay has enjoyed a career spanning over 30 years in Real Estate which has seen her exposed to all areas in both Property Management and Sales. Kay has a high level of experience in Residential & Unit investment Property Management and is also experienced in Commercial letting which makes her a valued all rounder to the team. Kay is a no nonsense property manager that is honest and reliable. She is not afraid to have those hard conversations that are sometimes needed in the Property Management world.

Naomi Fontaine

Naomi joined The Rental Managers in 2013 which saw her leave Retail Management of more than 10 years. Naomi has found these 2 industries very similar with a high demand of customer service required. Naomi believes that to be a great property manager you need to constantly communicate to your clients whether it be from the most minor of maintenance to the end result of a vacate. Naomi has gained many skills in her property management career and continues to be eager to learn and grow her knowledge by attending any training or seminars that are put in front of her. It is Naomi's constant communication and attention to detail through her career to date which have seen many of her clients refer new clients to her which is the ultimate in compliments. Branching out into the another sector of property management of New Business, Naomi enjoys meeting new clients and securing new properties for our listings. Working closely with new clients to secure tenants, Naomi prides herself on making sure from meeting a new Landlord to moving a new tenant in, it is as smooth as possible. Naomi's second passion is dancing which she has been involved in all her life and enjoys training and coaching all ages of children in this sport. Naomi also enjoys traveling, water skiing and spending time with her recently grown family and Pets.

Suzy Spilsbury - Managing Director

Suzy brought her first agency at the age of 19 and since then has built her business to 2 separate offices in Townsville. Suzy broke away from the traditional agency and founded The Rental Managers. In those 20 years Suzy has continued to grow her business and show her passion for property management. So strong is Suzy's reputation, and that of her agency The Rental Managers, that more than 364 investors placed their properties in Suzy's care in one year. Suzy has developed a trusted name for protecting and managing the most valuable assets owned by her clients from around Australia. But Suzy knows all too well that being a considerate property manager means more than just performing occasional property inspections and sending out monthly reports.
