We had started a commercial janitorial company in 1986, "Environment Control," which continues as a successful company to this day. Many of our commercial janitorial customers asked if we could provide painting, tenant improvement work, office maintenance repairs, etc... Sanders Maintenance Services aspires to be an industry leader for being a competitive, quality-oriented and customer centered building services provider.
