Rebuild SoCal Partnership is a partnership between organized labor and construction management. We represent more than 2,750 construction firms who employ more than 90,000 union workers in the twelve counties of Southern California. Rebuild SoCal Partnership The Rebuild SoCal Partnership (RSCP) consists of 2,750 contractors throughout Southern California that represent more than 90,000 union workers. RSCP is dedicated to working with elected officials and educating the public on the continued need for essential infrastructure funding, including airports, bridges, ports, rail, roads, and water projects.
