Mr. Guang Han joined Source Code Capital in 2020, and focuses on investments in the consumer sector. Previously, Mr. Han worked for Centurium Capital and Hony Capital.
Mr. Han graduated from Peking University with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Yuanpei College, and a Master's degree in Economics from the Guanghua School of Management.
Jane S Dou has spent more than 10 years studying and working globally in Singapore, United States, United Kingdom, Germany, India and Hong Kong. Jane practiced public relations, branding, marketing and related areas in public and private sectors since 2012. Prior Source Code Capital, Jane was the Head of Global E-Commerce Integrated Marketing in ByteDance. She also had experiences of building up TikTok, Helo, and China E-Commerce branding from scratch. She graduated from University of Iowa with Bachelor of Arts Degree, Communication Studies major, and University of Oxford with Diplomatic Studies Postgraduate Diploma. In 2018, she was awarded MBA degree from Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Mr. Jian Wu joined Source Code Capital in 2015. Mr. Wu has deep expertise in policy research, corporate strategy, capital markets, as well as the fintech industry. Previously, Mr. Wu served as Portfolio Manager at China Investment Corporation (CIC) Capital and CIC International, where he focused on​ global direct equity investments and fund investments. He also worked at the People's Bank of China (China's central bank).
Mr. Wu graduated from Tsinghua University with a Ph.D., Master's, and Bachelor's in Economics. He is a visiting scholar at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Department of Statistics in the U.S.
Mr. Kaisi Chang joined Source Code Capital in 2016 and focuses on investments in retail tech sector. Previously, Mr. Chang worked at Actis Capital and Capital Group.
Mr. Chang graduated from Tsinghua University with a major in Automation and received his Doctorate Degree from Cambridge University.
Mr. Tong Xiang joined Source Code Capital in 2019 and focuses on investments in Intelligent Manufacturing,Intelligent Hardware and Green Development sector. Previously, Mr. Xiang worked at Fortune Wisdom Capital.

Mr. Wei Wang joined Source Code Capital in 2020. Mr. Wang is a highly seasoned professional in Capital Markets, with deep expertise in IPO, M&A, Private Placements, Equity Incentive, Investments, and Market Capitalization management.
Previously, Mr. Wei Wang was Vice President and Secretary of the Board at 360 Security Technology Inc. (601360.SS). Before that, Mr. Wang held roles in investment banking and Fortune Capital. He was also involved in capital market operations, and served as Vice President, Board Secretary, and CIO for several listed companies with capitalizations of RMB 10-100 billion, across the TMT, semiconductors, intelligent manufacturing and other sectors. Key projects include 360 Total Security, GigaDevice, Ingenic, Xunyou.com, and Suzhou Good-Ark Electronics.
Mr. Xingchen Zhang joined Source Code Capital in 2014 and focuses on investments in the Intelligent Manufacturing, AI, Software sectors. Mr. Zhang previously worked at China Renaissance where he focused on the TMT sector in China. Mr. Zhang was chosen as a recipient of "Forbes China 30 Under 30" award. He was recognized by 36Kr as "2021 Top 36 Under 36 Chinese Venture Capitalists" and as "2021 Most Insightful Tech Investors Top20" by JazzYear .
Mr. Zhang holds a Master's Degree in Finance from Peking University and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from the Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Mr. Yi Cao is the Founding Partner of Source Code Capital. He is a seasoned investor with 18 years of experience in venture capital, investment management, entrepreneurship and business innovation. Investment cases include Bytedance, Meituan (3690.HK), KE Holdings Inc. (NYSE: BEKE), Li Auto (NASDAQ: LI, 2015.HK), UC (Acquired by Alibaba). Mr. Cao was nominated and chosen to join the "Forbes Midas List Top 100" consecutively in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. He was named a "Top 100 Venture Capitalist" by CB Insights in 2019. In 2016, he was chosen as "40 Business Elites Under 40" by Fortune China and Angel Investor of the Year by Chuangyebang.
Prior to founding Source Code Capital, he worked at top-tier investment firms including Sequoia Capital China and Ceyuan Ventures, where he led multiple successful investments. He believes his entrepreneurial days at UC Mobile play a major role in his ability to empathize with and help founders grow.

Mr. Yiwen Hao joined Source Code Capital in 2014 and focuses on investments in the AI, enterprise, carbon peaking and carbon neutrality sectors. Mr. Hao previously worked at Tencent where he led the strategic planning of the Enterprise QQ product line. He also founded Ingle Games, one of the first overseas-game publishers (backed by Sequoia China).
Mr. Hao graduated from Tongji University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration.
Ms. Dandan Chen joined Source Code Capital in 2018, focusing on investments in the consumer sector, and has served concurrently as deputy Head of Investor Relations for USD Venture Fund since 2024. Prior to joining Source Code Capital, Ms. Chen was the founder and CEO of Tao-world, a cross-border e-commerce platform, and is proficient in e-commerce operations, organizational structure, and cultural management. After studying in Germany for seven years, Ms. Chen graduated from the Ludwig-Maximilian-University of Munich with a Master's degree in Western Drama Studies and also holds an Executive MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Ms. Wenna Jing joined Source Code Capital in 2016. Previously, Ms. Jing served at China's Green Coller Capital advising top-tier TMT and Internet companies on financing, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Green Collar, Ms. Jing served as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, primarily covering the retail and automotive sectors.
Ms. Jing graduated from the Shanghai International Studies University with a Bachelor in International Relations and Law.
