Shortly after being admitted to the bar, Mr. Spencer began his practice as in house counsel for Royal & SunAlliance where he focused exclusively on Worker's Compensation defense. Mr. Spencer then entered private practice and has worked as an associate in several Milwaukee law firms where he focused primarily on defending worker's compensation claims throughout Wisconsin. He now exclusively practices worker's compensation.
