X3 LAND GROUP - Key Persons

Bart Shirley

Job Titles:
  • Agent - Land Consultant
  • Licensed Real Estate Agent
Bart Shirley is a Licensed Real Estate agent with years of experience helping clients in rural markets. Cattle farming with family in the past and a lifetime of love for the outdoors brought him to property sales. "It is work, rewarding work in the fact that when a property transaction closes it is a good feeling. But, when a client and I communicate after the sale and they express the pleasure of owning that perfect piece of ground, it is a great feeling." Bart has sold farmland, duck hunting, deer hunting, rural residential, timber, and recreational properties during his years as a real estate professional. He is QDMA Deer Steward I and II certified with a degree in Economics from Southeastern Louisiana University. Bart's passion away from work leads him to a nice farm pond or saltwater marsh, deer stand or duck blind with his family. "I believe in communication and constant availability through the process of selling or buying, before and after the closing. No matter what type of property you purchase, it is an investment. Finding the right piece of ground can be financially rewarding, but sometimes the greatest return on investment is time spent with family and friends, and the memories that are created." If you are looking for that special property to buy or sell now, or in the future, or have questions about buying or selling do not hesitate to contact Bart.
