Prior to joining ARK, Adam has worked for organisations within the housing sector where he has been a Director and Chair of an ALMO, a Head of Service, and a designer, developer and analyst of asset management systems. He has operated at a senior level, both as an internal client and contractor. Adam has been a Director of two renewable energy SME's and has worked for a US manufacturer of Solar PV inverters. Away from work Adam loves food, sport and music and spending time with his energetic family and two French bulldogs. Adele Livesey

Adele has over 20 years experience of working in the social housing sector, in both large national and smaller local providers. She has a proven track record of both strategic and operational delivery in areas of repairs, maintenance, asset management and property compliance/building safety. Adele has also been responsible for the development and delivery of sustainability strategies and works. She is passionate about ensuring that services delivered to tenants and customers are of the highest standard and deliver value for money. Adele has delivered improvements within all the organisations she has worked with, improving processes, increasing satisfaction levels and productivity, developing colleagues and delivering savings.

Adrian Redmond

Adrian is an Asset Management and Development Director with significant experience in leading high performing teams. He is skilled in project and programme management, process and compliance auditing. Adrian is highly experienced in negotiating delivery strategies with funding bodies and has successfully led high achieving development, asset and sales teams. At ARK, Adrian leads our ASAP asset grading; with the recent launch of ASAP 3.0 we now have over 40 ASAP clients benefitting from the granular detail that the model provides. ASAP is based on quantitative and qualitative data and presents a range of grading and financial outputs.

Alan Mudd

Alan is a chartered quantity surveyor with senior position experience at both client side and contracting organisations. He provides commercially-based services including procurement services and cost models; tender analysis; in-house contractor/CSV services, financial modelling and interim support; open book reviews; value for money exercises; and claim evaluation and contract advice. Outside work, Alan is a rugby, Land Rover and classic car enthusiast.

Alan Penton

Alan is an expert risk and compliance consultant with in-depth technical knowledge and effective decision-making skills at strategic and executive level, based on a broad and varied professional firefighter career in the UK Fire and Rescue Service (FRS) and subsequent consultancy roles. As an FRS strategic lead, Alan commanded emergency response at all levels up to major incident Level 4 (Gold), gaining a reputation as an effective leader focused on planning, effective decision making and post-incident learning. He led the FRS collaboration with the Health and Safety Executive during the national HSE inspection of the FRS. He carried out the role of the fire safety compliance lead for two FRS. He also undertook a system-wide strategic review providing the framework applied to reorganise the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service. Alan has extensive experience in organisational change of fire, health and safety and risk management compliance, in sectors that include Health and Safety Executive (HSE), housing, commercial property development, the NHS, and Fire and Rescue. His evidence based analytical approach to problem solving is underpinned by a post graduate MA in Research Methodology. Alan supports the delivery of the programme at Fire Service College that provides emergency responder and related organisations incident and tactical commanders with the skills and knowledge in planning for and responding to multi-agency Crisis Management events.

Angela Wheeler

Bob Stevens

Bob is a committed and focussed health and safety professional. His pragmatic approach to risk, safety management and compliance draws from military (regular and reserve), local authority (enforcement) and over 20 years' experience in social housing. He believes that for safety and compliance management to be fully effective it must centre upon proportionate, achievable and controls that are embedded within normal management practice. Bob's recent role as Director of Health and Building Safety for a large RSL worked closely with DLUCH and the Building Safety Regulator helping ensure the needs of retirement housing providers were understood. Away from work Bob is a keen motorcyclist and enjoys renovating classic cars and bikes.

Catherine Hinton

Catherine is an accomplished professional with extensive experience of delivering ‘people' and ‘change' projects over a 25-year career within the private and public sectors. Catherine is currently working with clients on their learning programmes, focussing on training, workforce development, talent management and higher-level skills. She is also developing and delivering apprenticeship and degree apprenticeship standards at levels 2-7 in housing and planning.
