Adam is an experienced Asset Management Consultant with a business systems and change management background, who has developed a holistic approach to business improvement.
Prior to joining ARK, Adam has worked for organisations within the housing sector where he has been a Director and Chair of an ALMO, a Head of Service, and a designer, developer and analyst of asset management systems. He has operated at a senior level, both as an internal client and contractor. Adam has been a Director of two renewable energy SME's and has worked for a US manufacturer of Solar PV inverters.
Away from work Adam loves food, sport and music and spending time with his energetic family and two French bulldogs.

Adele has over 20 years experience of working in the social housing sector, in both large national and smaller local providers.
She has a proven track record of both strategic and operational delivery in areas of repairs, maintenance, asset management and property compliance/building safety.
Adele has also been responsible for the development and delivery of sustainability strategies and works. She is passionate about ensuring that services delivered to tenants and customers are of the highest standard and deliver value for money.
Adele has delivered improvements within all the organisations she has worked with, improving processes, increasing satisfaction levels and productivity, developing colleagues and delivering savings.

Adrian is an Asset Management and Development Director with significant experience in leading high performing teams. He is skilled in project and programme management, process and compliance auditing.
Adrian is highly experienced in negotiating delivery strategies with funding bodies and has successfully led high achieving development, asset and sales teams.
At ARK, Adrian leads our ASAP asset grading; with the recent launch of ASAP 3.0 we now have over 40 ASAP clients benefitting from the granular detail that the model provides. ASAP is based on quantitative and qualitative data and presents a range of grading and financial outputs.
Alan is a chartered quantity surveyor with senior position experience at both client side and contracting organisations.
He provides commercially-based services including procurement services and cost models; tender analysis; in-house contractor/CSV services, financial modelling and interim support; open book reviews; value for money exercises; and claim evaluation and contract advice. Outside work, Alan is a rugby, Land Rover and classic car enthusiast.

Alan is an expert risk and compliance consultant with in-depth technical knowledge and effective decision-making skills at strategic and executive level, based on a broad and varied professional firefighter career in the UK Fire and Rescue Service (FRS) and subsequent consultancy roles.
As an FRS strategic lead, Alan commanded emergency response at all levels up to major incident Level 4 (Gold), gaining a reputation as an effective leader focused on planning, effective decision making and post-incident learning. He led the FRS collaboration with the Health and Safety Executive during the national HSE inspection of the FRS. He carried out the role of the fire safety compliance lead for two FRS. He also undertook a system-wide strategic review providing the framework applied to reorganise the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.
Alan has extensive experience in organisational change of fire, health and safety and risk management compliance, in sectors that include Health and Safety Executive (HSE), housing, commercial property development, the NHS, and Fire and Rescue. His evidence based analytical approach to problem solving is underpinned by a post graduate MA in Research Methodology.
Alan supports the delivery of the programme at Fire Service College that provides emergency responder and related organisations incident and tactical commanders with the skills and knowledge in planning for and responding to multi-agency Crisis Management events.
Alex is a passionate and driven procurement professional with over 35 years' strategic and operational procurement and supply chain experience across both public and private sectors, including over 10 years in senior procurement positions in social housing.
Amanda holds extensive knowledge and experience as a HR Consultant, providing services to clients at both strategic and operational levels.
Amanda is a fellow member of CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).
Andrew has a diverse portfolio of professional roles throughout the housing industry, giving him an extensive and holistic knowledge base and skillset.
Andrew brings to the team 25 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate management, sales and investment within the UK and Internationally, together with previous experience in Sales and Marketing, Finance and Learning and Development.
Angela focuses on the customer's needs in all her work, whether in interim roles or when offering expert advice and support on commissioned projects.
Her track record in housing development includes sourcing, negotiating and delivering new homes for rent and for sale to meet client targets and risk tolerances, as well as providing assistance with the review of process and standards within the scope of Homes and Communities Agency and Greater London Authority audit compliance. Angela's experience extends into customer services, resident engagement and housing management.
Anne Kennedy has been supporting organisation for over 25 years across both the public and private sector, to drive a customer focused culture through excellent leadership.
She is passionate about delivering good customer service through organisations, from the most senior leader to the staff delivering the service. As a Level 7 qualified coach and MBA graduate, she has worked with organisations to improve how they manage and lead their staff, ensure a customer centric culture with the right processes for excellence. This means she is able to use here coaching and training skills along with her business knowledge to develop and facilitate an organisations strategic thinking around customer service.
She ensures leaders have customer at the heart of everything they do and has helped organisations achieve recognition through Quality Standards such as Customer Service Excellence and Investors in People.
Anthony is a MH England qualified Mental Health First Aid Instructor, qualified NLP Coach and an experienced trainer and facilitator.
With formal training as a coach, facilitator and trainer, he helps people and teams break through glass ceilings and achieve more than they thought themselves capable of.
Over the last five years Anthony has worked with clients across numerous sectors including social housing, professional services, automotive, public sector, armed forces, retail, construction, energy and technology.
His workshop sessions use a variety of tools and approaches drawn from coaching, sports psychology, neuroscience and personal development and are highly engaging.
Bob is a committed and focussed health and safety professional. His pragmatic approach to risk, safety management and compliance draws from military (regular and reserve), local authority (enforcement) and over 20 years' experience in social housing.
He believes that for safety and compliance management to be fully effective it must centre upon proportionate, achievable and controls that are embedded within normal management practice.
Bob's recent role as Director of Health and Building Safety for a large RSL worked closely with DLUCH and the Building Safety Regulator helping ensure the needs of retirement housing providers were understood.
Away from work Bob is a keen motorcyclist and enjoys renovating classic cars and bikes.
An adaptable and experienced all-rounder, Bosa has worked for and with registered and non-registered providers and local authorities in urban and rural areas to provide housing, development and asset management services.
She is equally happy delivering bespoke projects, business planning and implementing strategic change in interim roles. When not at work, she is passionate about live music.

Chris Seeley comments on the announcement that the latest round of levelling up funding has been awarded.
Catherine is an accomplished professional with extensive experience of delivering ‘people' and ‘change' projects over a 25-year career within the private and public sectors.
Catherine is currently working with clients on their learning programmes, focussing on training, workforce development, talent management and higher-level skills. She is also developing and delivering apprenticeship and degree apprenticeship standards at levels 2-7 in housing and planning.
Catherine is working on a PhD with Leeds Beckett University on regeneration and is a member of the CIH West Midlands Regional Board and trustee for Care and Repair North Wales.
Chris has a strong track record in sourcing, delivering and selling homes; strategic asset management; project and programme management; and in mentoring individuals and supporting teams to maximise their success.
He is passionate about working with people and about the importance of building strong relationships with delivery teams, residents and stakeholders.
Chris has undertaken a wide variety of interim and project management roles across development-site sourcing, business development and project management as well as procurement and research projects. Chris is an enthusiastic hockey player and walker.
Clare is an experienced property professional and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. She has over 20 years of experience providing both strategic and operational advice and support to housing organisations in the fields of development, regeneration and asset management.
Clare has expertise in the full development cycle from concept, design development, financial appraisal and land acquisition through to management of the construction project on-site. Clare has managed programmes of up to 1400 homes and has significant experience in risk management and unlocking barriers to ensure delivery on programme and budget.
She has carried out significant work on option appraisals for properties under review including sheltered housing schemes and has advised on property policies and procedures to reduce risk in the areas of compliance and investment planning.
Clare has worked in the social housing sector for over 30 years, delivering a wide range of care and support services to people with additional needs.
She is a skilled senior manager with extensive operational and business development experience working with large housing organisations and specialist care providers. Clare is particularly interested in the delivery of personalised housing solutions, remodelling and re-commissioning services and is skilled in safeguarding and the governance of this.
Out of the office she likes to walk her dog, she sings in a choir and loves the cinema.
Clare brings 30 years of housing experience drawn from across local authority, housing association, government agency and commercial consulting. Much of this has been leading strategy and people and place based regeneration including delivering new homes, redevelopment, community focussed projects and place making. Clare's wider housing operations experience drawn from front line to Executive Director and NED roles brings an understanding of the interrelationship of all parts of a housing service. Also experienced in research and evaluation Clare has a firm focus on the need for everyone to have access to a good quality affordable home, additional support when needed and to be able to reach their potential in a thriving community.

Danny has wide knowledge of housing systems and data analysis.
His understanding of interpreting analysis and how to turn it into processes and procedures supports his ability to build relationships with people at all levels of a business. Outside work, Danny enjoys quiet walks in the hills, and loud open air music festivals.
David is a highly-motivated, effective and successful consultant who has acted at director and senior management level in a range of asset and property services management functions.
He is open and honest, has excellent leadership and communication skills, and the character and determination to motivate individuals and teams. David provides clients with strategic support, hands-on management and discreet advice.
David has worked as a Management Consultant for the past 23 years. He has specialised in the Housing sector since 2016 working for a range of different organisations including The Guinness Partnership, Aldwyck Housing and Catalyst (both of which subsequently became part of Peabody), Yorkshire Housing, Aster, L&Q and most recently Octavia Housing.
David has a proven track record of managing Transformation and Change programmes, leading on mergers and post merger integration as well as Repairs and Maintenance as well as Finance transformation and operating model design. He has considerable experience of rescuing failing programmes and change initiatives and is respected for his ability to get stuck in and address difficult challenges in a sensitive but constructive way.
Outside of work David enjoys walking his two golden retriever dogs, watching rugby (having recently retired as a junior rugby coach and referee) and continuing his lockdown hobby of woodworking.
Dave is a building surveyor with experience in strategic asset management, project management, procurement, and construction dispute management.
He has used his excellent data analysis skills and technical background to develop our asset grading model. Dave is committed to working with organisations to help identify efficiencies and improve customer service delivery. When not in front of a spreadsheet, Dave enjoys walking with family, kayaking and motorcycling.
Deborah is a change leader and effective problem solver with 35 years' experience in social housing and the public sector; influencing at leadership and governance level to support organisations and individuals implement lasting change - from clarifying vision and defining strategies through to turning plans into reality.
Derek began his career as a civil engineer working for companies throughout the South West of England and Wales.
He has worked with several Councils and Housing Associations to support them in improving their health and safety function through a range of advising, audit, training and support roles.
Derek has also worked as a Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor on a number of national projects and with major contractors such as Morgan Sindal and Sir Robert McAlpine. Key to Derek's success is strong communication skills, ‘can do' attitude and the ability to quickly gain the confidence of staff.
