Aflex operates a dedicated, industry leading manufacturing facility on the northern side of Sydney, NSW, utilising custom bellows forming machinery and state of the art welding equipment. We have a capacity to manufacture metal bellows for all applications, from a wide range of materials, in sizes ranging from 40NB to 2000NB, supplying our products right across Australia, New Zealand and into Asia... We invest significantly into Research and Development to ensure we are always at the forefront of manufacturing quality and efficiency, and we have a mature quality system (Accredited to ISO 9001) that ensures we continue to improve on our business processes and our customer service. Aflex has a reputation in the bellows industry for excellent customer service, which is backed up by our high quality products... Going forward, we are looking at ways to optimise our weld quailty control even further, with plans in place to integrate our manufacturing software directly with our welding..
