A.F.P. MUTUAL WATER COMPANY

A.F.P. Mutual Water Company is a California Corporation incorporated on February 22, 1971. It provides metered water exclusively to property owners in Tract 3423 as per map recorded in book 22 of Maps, Pages 160-169, Kern County, California. You become a shareholder of the Water Company when you purchase land in Tract 3423. The Bylaws are available here AFPMWC Bylaws in pdf format... At the present time there are 220 active metered water property owners and 16 inactive connected meters. The water system consists primarily of 10 to 8 inch water main lines with 6 to 4 inch service lines. A.F.P. Mutual Water Company provides water to property owners by four ground wells, which pump water to a 210,000 gallon storage tank.
