Andy Wong is a Certified Pedorthist, registered with the College of Pedorthics of Canada. His personal need for orthotic use lead him to pursue a career in pedorthics Andy graduated from University of Waterloo in 2009 with a Kinesiology Degree. He also attended the Prosthetic / Orthotic Technician Program at George Brown College. Andy spent the first two years of his pedorthic career at BioPed in Markham as an apprentice. He join the Ambulatory Footwear Pedorthic Team for years, and learned the arts of custom orthopedic shoemaking for various diabetic complications as well as other foot conditions for two and a half years before branching out back to Toronto.

Jess Worrall is a graduate from Brock University with an Honours Degree in Kinesiology. Jess has always had a deep interest in the health care industry, while working in the Physiotherapy field after completing her University degree; she was introduced to the study of Pedorthics. Jess completed a Pedorthic Apprenticeship along with courses from the Diploma in Prdorthics program offered through The University of Western Ontario. She began her career as a Canadian Certified Pedorthist in 2011. Jess is a certified member of the Pedorthic Association of Canada and The College of Pedorthics of Canada.

Jim Foley is a Registered Physiotherapist (some prefer the term Physical Therapist) who works in Southern Ontario providing a variety of physiotherapy services to individuals of all ages who have physical or neurological impairments and disabilities. He remains in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO), as well as a member of the Ontario Physiotherapy Association (OPA) and the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA). His skills are utilized by a wide variety of individuals who wish to improve mobility and function at home, work or school. As well, many insurers, case managers, physicians, other therapists, and lawyers in the auto insurance and disability insurance systems are confident in referring their clients to Jim's care. Jim practices client-centered physiotherapy with enthusiasm and commitment, and his clients and colleagues appreciate his thorough and honest approach to rehabilitation. You will find him efficient, dedicated, and professional with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. His areas of clinical experience and knowledge include working with individuals of all ages who have sustained a soft tissue, orthopaedic, spinal cord, or brain injury resulting in mild to severe (catastrophic) disability. Much of his work and experience is in the motor vehicle collision sector, but he also addresses more chronic conditions such as stroke recovery and Parkinson's, as well as arthritis and falls prevention. With a Bachelor of Science in Biology degree from the University of Western Ontario, and a Bachelor of Health Science Degree in Physiotherapy from McMaster University, Jim has been effectively treating clients for over 20 years.

Phil Watson started working in the field of custom-made footwear in 1973. He attended the Pedorthic Program at Ballstate University in 1981 and 1982. After completing the program, Watson spent three years teaching, designing and implementing a number of shoe projects in southern Africa. In 1988, Watson was accredited with the designation of Certified Orthopedic Footwear Specialist (COFS) in the designing and making of custom-made orthopedic footwear. He is registered with the College of Pedorthics of Canada as a COFS as well as C. Ped (C). Watson is also a placement supervisor for the Diploma in Pedorthics Program at the University of Western Ontario.

Shari Schroeder graduated on the Dean's List from the University of Western Ontario with an honours degree, which included a specialization in Athletic Therapy. A summer job after graduating from Western turned into the establishment of a Pedorthic practice in 1991. Schroeder achieved her American Certified Pedorthist (C. Ped) designation in 1992. In 1996, she created Foot Works Pedorthic Services. In 2001, in response to the ever-changing insurance regulations, Schroeder also achieved her Canadian Certified Pedorthist (C. Ped (C)) designation. Schroeder is a certified member of the Pedorthic Association of Canada, the College of Pedorthics of Canada, the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthics and the Pedorthic Footwear Association.
