Aileen graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Business Marketing and resides in Miami Beach. Aileen is actively involved in industry advocacy and serves in various governance and leadership positions within ICSC, the 70,000-member international association serving the retail real estate industry. She also serves on the FSU Real Estate School's Board Planning Committee, currently serves on ICSC's PAC board, has previously Chaired ICSC's International Next Generation Board, as well as Chaired the ICSC Next Generation National Conference. She has made multiple contributions to the expansion of ICSC Next Generation's Caribbean and European initiatives, and her active participation throughout the years in industry advocacy has brought awareness to several political issues affecting the retail real estate industry including multiple years lobbying for the Marketplace Fairness Act...
