Apex Homes Service Manager Barry Auker came into the modular home industry in 1990. He's become very knowledgeable with our Apex product. He does a great job handling our service work timely and efficiently.

George brings 30+ years of modular home building industry experience to his position, having started in drafting and spending the vast majority of his career in sales, 26 years of which is with Apex. In fact, George is an expert in helping his builders create custom home designs that meet the needs of today's residential home buyers.
Kyle has worked in the modular housing industry since 2002, and been with Apex Homes since 2004. He began as an AutoCAD engineer and was promoted to Director of Engineering in 2010. Kyle is a certified RESNET Rating Field Inspector. He takes proper measures to ensure your house is built to "code".

Lynn Kuhns has been with Apex Homes since 1992. He has served various roles in his Apex career, sales representative, a regional sales manager, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. His current position, as President, Lynn works to maintain the mission goals of Apex overall. He works closely with all departments to keep a forward-moving company.
Randy Beward began his career in the modular home industry in 1984 and has been with Apex Homes since 1992. He's experienced in all aspects of our modular construction and oversees our overall manufacturing process.
