Hindustan Computers Ltd (HCL) His experience and expertise are in areas of Marketing, Business Intelligence and Learning & Development. As certified executive coach and works with senior professionals to take their performance to the next level and part-time lecturer at few Management institution like Loyola (LIVE) /IIPM / WLC college. He is also an Indian process patent holder Issued on May 16, 2011 for "System and methods of providing network platform for unionizing resource seekers (Indian Patent 1664/CHE/2011") this is patent used for building a Digital Marketing tool for large corporates & SME's in India He is also a certified lean six sigma professional trained by Xerox Corporation. Mrs. Sujatha Menon

Sujatha is certified and empanelled as a Master Trainer in soft skills with the Government of India: National Skill Development Board (NSDC) for the Logistics Skill Sector Council (LSC) under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana and am called to train employees in the logistics sector as per their training schedule. She is empanelled with several training organisations like Peacock Hospitality, Kris Shine, Human Development Consortium Dubai & India, Baanyan Tree Delhi, Takshashila Academy Mumbai, T for Trainer etc. for various corporate/student training programs. I am empanelled with the Kerala Police Academy and led a team of trainers for a soft skills and motivation program for a new All Women Battalion of 602 young freshers. She was also involved in a training intervention for the young officers of the Kerala Police of the rank of Sub Inspectors.
