Leakage from the Roof is the most headache for everyone and therefore we have given utmost importance for solving this vexed problem once for all. Roof is subject to expansion and contraction because of the atmospheric temperature variations and as a result Roof develops cracks. To prevent this phenomenon we have developed a product which never gets dried when applied on roof. Before application of Multybond all holes and cracks are to be filld in by roof grade Multybond. After this process is over apply first coat (roof grade Multybond) leaving space for walking. After that apply second coat over the first coat (Water based) and allow it to dry. Now apply first coat on the surface left behind for walking and over it apply second coat and allow it to dry. After drying check the surface and if any gaps or cracks are there fill them with second coat water based product and allow the surface to dry fully.
