Mr. KK Ajayakumar leads the dynamic team at CrescoHR Pvt. Ltd. He is a seasoned HR Professional, backed by more than 25 years of experience and exposure in some of the best organizations in India. He was Head of HR at a leading German MNC before starting his own venture.
Supported by a first-rate academic record, Mr. KK Ajayakumar (Ajay) has several industry-relevant qualifications under his belt. He has completed his Master of Personnel Management from Pune University, Advanced Human Resource Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA), Diploma in Labour Law & Labour Welfare from Symbiosis Law College, Pune University and topped it off with a PG Diploma in Hospital Management from Annamalai University. He is also a certified Trainer.
As Director and Principal Consultant at CrescoHR, he has assisted several top-notch companies in fulfilling their talent acquisition goals. He also offers his expert services as a Corporate Trainer, Counselor and Visiting Faculty to various Institutes; he serves as a valued member on the advisory panel of several leading organizations. Ajay has credible experience in setting up Green Field Projects, formulating innovative HR Policies & Organizational Structures, Standard Operational Procedures, etc.
