We are a boutique consulting firm that focuses on building and enhancing cross-cultural competence skills through cultural assessments and experiential activity sessions. Let's be honest! We don't come across in how we communicate and behave as we think we do. Nor are we good at judging others! To better understand how we may actually react when we encounter cultural differences can be the first step to becoming more cross culturally competent. We partner with DEI Leaders and consulting firms by offering an additional individual and/or group component to compliment reaching their corporate or organization DEI goals... Often there are individuals who may request or need more than the typical time allotted for the individual IDI debrief in developing their cross-cultural competence skills. We offer confidential one on one coaching sessions as a follow up to IDI results to further assist in the development of skills.
